Chapter Sixteen

~ 3rd Person POV ~

Jungkook stirred around in his sleep until he ended up waking up in the middle of the night. He rolled his eyes and looked down to see Taehyung sleeping away from him, his body exposed without any cover on his body.

" We don't want you to freeze now, do we?" Jungkook mumbled to himself with a chuckle, grabbed the blanket and covered his body with it, removing hair from his face. He reached down and caressed his pretty face a little.

For a while, Jungkook just looked down at him, staring at him for who knows how long.

" Why am I doing this?"He asked himself. Not understanding why he was doing all of this for Taehyung. A boy that he barely even knew and a boy he didn't even know until barely when a week away. He has asked himself this over and over again yet, he still doesn't even know why.

" I need a smoke"Jungkook mumbled as he put on some sweats and his slides, looking back to make sure Taehyung was still asleep before slowing getting out of the bed, taking a few peeks back to make sure he was quiet.

He walked out to his balcony and lit up a cigarette. He took a long drag out of it, exhaling it and repeating it a few more times. Jungkook always looks around and looks at what he has with his life. Building it up from scratch, not even using the money that his father offered to him.

When Jungkook thought about his life, growing up with parents that already had money. He knew he'd get the speech about how he was privileged and what not. That's why he wanted to make a living for himself without his fathers help. He didn't want to use any of his money. It made him feel good when he looked around and saw everything that he had, he got it by himself.

he didn't need anyone.

" Jungkook?"A voice from behind him said and it had wrapped its arms around his waist, he already knew it was Taehyung. He looked behind him and saw Taehyung looking up at him with sleepy eyes and a grump expression.

" Do you know what time it is? Why are you up so early, let's go back to sleep" Taehyung mumbled as he lazily grabbed his arm to pull him back inside of the house. Jungkook shook his head as an okay and put down his cigarette.

" Okay, let's get back to bed" Jungkook said as he grabbed Taehyung's hand and pulled himself inside of the house. They went back to bed for another four hours until Jungkook was woken up by his phone getting off repeatedly.

Jimin
Jungkook, are you still up for the annual pool party? You know we have them every year.

Jungkook groaned loudly and texted Jimin back saying that he was still going to the pool party. Jungkook and a few of his friends and some family have an annual pool party to celebrate Jungkook's business that he started four years ago. They do it every years and it was time for it again.

Jungkook heard groaning and he looked over to see Taehyung walking up while rubbing his eyes. Gosh, he was so beautiful in the morning.

" Goodmorning, not going to kick me out this time?" Taehyung said in a joking manner, getting up and wrapping his arms around him, placing his chin on his head.

" Why don't you freshen up, yeah? I've got something to ask you" Jungkook asked him as he got up from the bed and went to his closet and gave him random clothes that were small for him and should have been taken back. Taehyung grabbed it and walked into the bathroom.

Jungkook chuckled a little bit and grabbed some clothes of his and went to a different shower. He knew Taehyung was probably one of those people who would take forever in the shower and his thoughts were correct as usual.

Jungkook took his shower and put his clothes on, throwing his dirty clothes in the hamper as he sat back down on his bed, getting out his phone and answering a few issues from his employee and a few from his family.

After almost an hour, Taehyung walked into the room with a smile, smelling like Jungkook since he didn't use his shampoos and body wash. Taehyung loved the way Jungkook smelled like.

Taehyung placed the clothes in the hamper as well and straddled Jungkook's lap, innocently smiling.

" Like I wanted to ask you earlier, I'm having this annual pool party and I was just wondering if you wanted to come along with me and meet some of my friends and family"
Jungkook asked him and Taehyung tried to hide the big smile on his face but it was way too good to be true. Taehyung wondered if Jungkook had did this before.

" Sure "Taehyung mumbled with a smile before looking down at his nail. Picking with them and he mumbled something under his breath.

" I wonder if you do this with all your other hookups " he mumbled but Jungkook had great hearing and he ended up hearing it.

" Why do you do that?" Jungkook questioned

" Do what?"

" That, obsessing with my last hookups, I can promise you. I don't give a shit about them. They aren't like you "Jungkook said honestly. He didn't know if he was falling too hard but Taehyung didn't have anything to worry about.

" I just don't have time to be like them. I don't want to be someone that you fuck off and on then throw them out when you want. If that's going to happen then I don't want to be here "

Taehyung said with pure honesty. Jungkook was a little taken back by Taehyung's statement, not so sure why Taehyung would mention that out of the blue.

He wasn't exactly lying. He did have multiple hook ups at a time and then would tell them to leave but with Taehyung, Jungkook didn't think he'd ever do that.

" Come on now Taehyung, you and I both know you are different. You're special "Jungkook mumbled, knowing that he has never said something like this.

" uh hm " Taehyung grumbled out.

" You know what, you are still coming with me to the party and I will gladly take you on a little shopping spree "Jungkook said, caressing Taehyung's waist gently.

" I don't want to spend your money"

" So? Everyone likes shopping sprees . Lets go "
Jungkook said as he got up and grabbed his bag, jacket and car keys. Taehyung grabbed his wallet and phone before following Jungkook out of the house. Jungkook opened the door and Taehyung got in, immediately putting his hands on the radio to turn on his favorite type of music.

Jungkook got in and they started to drive to the nearby clothing store so that Taehyung and him could just get a pair of swimming trunks.

" Let's go get some stuff before we go to the pool" Jungkook said as he got out of the car, Taehyung went ahead and got out of the car as well.

" Hey, I was supposed to open the door for you "

" No, "Taehyung said with a wink as he walked into the clothing store, Jungkook caught up to the younger male and grabbed his hands as they walked to the swimming attire section of the very big store.

" I want this one, it's purple and who doesn't like the color purple?" Taehyung asked as he immediately grabbed the purple swim trunks while Jungkook grabbed a pair of black ones. They looked around a little bit more and got some slides that are specifically made for pools and water.

Taehyung wanted to be childish and grab some swimming goggles while Jungkook pointed out that he was too childish for his own good but he thought it was the most adorable thing that he has ever laid his eyes on.

They walked out of the door and placed the bags in the back of the car. Jungkook got back into the car and so did Taehyung. They listened to music as they made their way to Jungkook's private pool party.

They both pull up at the very big and private pool party. Taehyung didn't know why but he felt nervous as hell. It's not like Taehyung didn't know who they were, he had stalked Jungkook for over six years, he knew who his family was and also knew their names, he just didn't meet them.

" I know what you are thinking and you'll be just fine," Jungkook said as he grabbed Taehyung's hand and kissed it, looking Taehyung in the eyes, before leaning one kissing him on the lips. Taehyung smiled and nodded.

" okay...I believe you" Taehyung mumbled before Jungkook kissed him again and turned the car off. Jungkook knew that Taehyung was worried for nothing but, he was a little nervous about what his family and friends were going to think because this was the first person he had bring around his family...it was going to be something new.
