His Chosen Family - II

"Dada", Vamika called as Virat made her sit in her chair.

Virat looked at her, "Yes bacha", he asked. 

"I want to sit with you", Vamika said. Virat observed her, she looked little tired than usual. 

Virat went to her and made her sit on his lap to which she rested his head on his chest, "What's wrong?", he asked softly caressing her cheek softly. 

"Baby, what's wrong bacha?", Virat asked again as she clinged to him. 

"tired, sleepy", Vamika said and closed her eyes. Virat noticed her shivering a bit. He picked her up and walked in her room, Aman followed him. Rohit noticed it and told others to wait, he followed them. 

Virat sat on the bed and Vamika cuddled up in his arms, "Dada, cold", she whispered to which Rohit immediately rushed to cover them with comforter. 

Virat rubbed her palms to get her some warmth, "Aman, get some soup", he said and Aman went outside immediately. 

"We got to distract her Virat", Rohit said, he knew she was too focused on feeling cold and tired, a distraction would help. 

Virat looked at him, "How?", he asked. 

Rohit thought for a sec, "Little one, we got to win the game you know, prove your Aman uncle wrong. Ready for next", he asked which got her attention. 

"We will win?", Vamika asked quietly. 

"Ofcourse, I know you and your Dada doesn't like to loose, right?", Rohit asked softly to which Vamika looked at Virat and nodded in yes then. 

"So let's call the next candidate", Rohit said dramatically which made Vamika giggle. 

"Hey Vamu", the person said softly. 

Vamika looked at him keenly, she looked at Virat who was looking at the person, "Crane or little monkey", she said and Virat kissed her head lovingly, "you are right bacha", he said. 

All the others were at the door and KL along with Rohit, they all were looking for the explanation. 

"Little monkey, Dada had said that Cheeku, monkey met a little monkey who was just like a kid to him, Dada is looking at you like he looks at me", Vamika said in a slow voice. 

KL looked at Virat with moist eyes not able to control his emotions. 

"Crane because..", Vamika started but stopped, she looked at Virat who continued, "Cranes are considered very lucky and.."

"you are Dada's lucky charm", Vamika completed.

"This is your Rah Chachu", introduced Virat, Vamika gave him a soft smile. 

Unable to control his emotions, KL abruptly left the room as tears welled up in his eyes.

Observing KL's tears, Rohit noticed a moment of vulnerability in Virat. He reassured him by gently patting his hand.

"Before we go next, it's time for soup", Aman came inside. He made the arrangements keeping the small table and Virat sat straighter and fed Vamika soup slowly. 

"Spicy?", Virat asked to which she nodded in no, "it's yum, thank you Aman uncle", she said to which Aman smiled at her. 

Once she was done, she sat next to Virat leaning her head on his arm with his hand around her small shoulder. 

"So next candidate, can you present yourself? There are two candidates now, okay?", Rohit said to which Vamika nodded and chuckled at his actions. 

"He is the lion na?", Vamika asked and Virat nodded knowing it was easy by just looking at the person. 

"Lion who always protects everyone and the leader", Vamika said. 

"He is your Bade Papa, my Mahi bhai", Virat introduced to Vamika to which Mahi kissed her forehead and Virat's too due to which Virat found it hard to control his emotions. 

Vamika looked at the other person and then at Virat. She noticed some eye thing and Virat's face has some expression. 

"your fight resolver and the owl", Vamika said, Virat was also surprised as she got that. 

"Your Jinks Chachu, owl because they have this  keen vision and silent flight symbolize the ability to navigate through the darkness of ignorance and reach the light of understanding, for me Jinks is always that, understanding", Virat explained as Vamika was too lazy now to do that. 

"Fight resolver, you solve Dada's and Ro Chachu's fights, right?", Vamika asked to which Jinks nodded and smiled at her. 

"Next candidate where is he?", Rohit asked and the person hopped infront of them.

"Dada, is he the little rabbit", Vamika whispered to which Virat nodded in yes. 

Everyone was waiting for the explanation but Vamika was lazy after having breakfast to do that, Virat noticed it and said, "Little rabbit because you are the youngest kid of mine"

"Aslo that star?", Vamika added completely cuddling to Virat ready to go to sleep. 

"The star that shines with the brightest smile which makes everyone happy around him", Virat said to which Shubman just could not help and tears made way through his cheeks, Rohit took him in hug and he hid his face in his chest. 

"He is your Shub Chachu", Virat introduced and Vamika nodded being sleepy, "where is the other one with him, other rabbit and panda", Vamika asked, "he will come soon bacha", Virat said. 

"Ishan, she is talking about Ishan as you both are always together", Virat answered to which Shubman nodded breaking the hug. 

"And now the last two candidates, are you excited little one?", Rohit asked after a min to which Vamika opened her eyes and nodded. 

"We are gonna win Dada and Ro Chachu", she said as the people came infront of her. 

Rohit looked at her confused as she didnt even hesitate, "Other story na Dada", to which Virat nodded. 

"He is the magician and other one is the little panda, silent and shy", Vamika said guessing it correctly. Virat hugged her close to that. 

"Little panda because Jassi is Rohit's first kid and Shrey being the magician", Virat explained. 

Vamika gestured Shreyas to come forward and hugged him with her cute little hands. Everyone was surprised as she didn't hug anyone except Rohit yesterday. 

Shreyas hugged her back, Virat sighed seeing that as he knew the reason behind Vamika's gesture towards Shreyas. 

Vamika broke the hug and cuddled to Virat being sleepy. Virat signaled Aman to wrap things up and gestured Rohit to take everyone out of the room. 

"We won Ro chachu, you lost Aman uncle-- I won", she whispered, Rohit who was leaving the room heard that. He went towards her and patted her head as she was cuddled up with Virat. 

Rohit noticed Virat who was looking worriedly at Vamika as she looked extremely tired, "she will be okay Virat, let her sleep for sometime", he said softly to which Virat nodded. 

Rohit and Aman left the room leaving Virat and Vamika behind.
