Hudson

It's been a few days since Blair left, and I can't stop thinking about her. I just needed one last chance to talk to her - to make things right.

All of sudden, I felt my phone start buzzing in my pocket. I reached for my phone, and saw an incoming call from William Vanderbilt, Blair's dad.

"Hello?"

"Hello Hudson, I was just calling to ask a favor."

"What's that?"

"Blair's never been keen on being in the public eye." I smile from hearing her name. "Or having a very good reputation. I figured you could fix both of those things for me."

"And how would I do that?"

"I think Blair being seen with someone as respected as you would be great for her, and it seems that you two really hit it off the first time you met. Blair even told me herself." I smirk.

"What are you proposing?"

"Would you be willing to fly over to Newport for a few months and... what's the best way to put this..."

"Fake date?"

"Right. Fake date Blair?"

"What's in it for me?"

"One of our old houses isn't being used anymore. More locations of your hotel would roll in a lot of profit. Especially in Newport."

"Then I'll be there tomorrow."

"Sounds great."
