When your anxious take the pill but
Don't take it
When your anxious press your open
Palm to your heart and leave it there
When your anxious eat a burger
When your anxious observe people, and
The way they talk, dress, speak, walk, look.
And the boy who looks in his twenties
With the girl with a hair of river puff
Dancing to a bottom ass shaking song
Observe them and how care free and
Joyful they are to be
When your anxious don't tell them
When your anxious tell them
When your anxious examine your
Fingers and the lost nail you broke earlier
When your anxious smell tea before you
Take your first sip
When your anxious listen to a podcast
When your anxious remember how you
Bought a rose from a stranger on the
streets making her day when you told her "no, keep the change."
When your anxious let lose of your hair
And massage your scalp
When your anxious draw back your
head to the sky the air the nothing to
god, breath in in, out in and out again
When your anxious take off your shoes
When your anxious put on your shoes
And walk
When your anxious slow down and take
Your time
When your anxious pray
When your anxious eat an ice cream
When your anxious write a poem quick
When your anxious make something of
It like the left over bread nobody wants
In the oven
When your anxious go back and start
Again this time calmer.
