It's been two long ass months. Everything between Heri and Yoongi has changed. They barely talk, seemingly having become just roommates. They never text anymore about their days or even if they'll be late coming home. When Heri went to the company the day after they slept together she caught Adora on Yoongi's lap and it was clear what they were doing. That just set in stone that he fucked her out of anger? Pity? Both? But she was better than that. They've kept their distance from each other, him spending most evenings either at work or at Adora's while she stays at the library late or calls Jungkook for a hookup. It's the perfect setup for her because she feels nothing but lust for Jungkook. He's an amazing guy, super sweet and funny. He's hot as hell and great in bed too. But he's not where her heart is. And she needs time to get over her best friend, so she's kept her distance from him. They haven't had to see each other at BigHit but that time has ran out. Today was Adora's debut day and she'll be singing one of Heri's songs as her debut song. Heri was asked to be there for her debut showcase. As much as she didn't want to be there, she couldn't refuse. This was to be her first song released to the world. It was a big deal. She shows up at the station and sees a bustle of people running around. Adora runs up to her with a huge smile. She's in full costume and made up already and honestly looks stunning. Heri hates it. She hates Adora, she decided that a month ago when she tried to butt into her and Yoongi's friendship. Heri snapped at her and told her to mind her own business and to not put herself in things that don't involve her. She said that her and Yoongi have never aired their private matters to anyone and that won't change on her part, so if she wants to be helpful to go see if Yoongi wants to talk. She knew he'd rip her ass and he must have because she's backed off.

"I'm so glad you're here" Adora smiles. "I'm so nervous." She's holding Heri's hands tight and it makes her want to punch the smile off her face. She has what Heri wants. "Where's your boyfriend? He should be here holding your hands." Her tone came off a little cold and Adora's smile faltered a bit. But she brought it back and shook it off. "He's not here yet. I figure he'll come at the last minute, Yoongi style." She giggles but Heri just stares at her with no emotion. Adora hates the change in her boyfriend and his best friend. It's affected everything. Heri pries her hands from Adora's and paints on a fake smile that she's sure Adora can see through. "I've got to go make sure the recording is secure and ready. Good luck." Adora thanks her as she swiftly walks away. Heri is standing in the hallway trying to relax when she feels a pair of arms wrap around her waist. She recognizes his scent and smiles as she runs her hands over his that are on her stomach now. "You're going to get yourself caught in a scandal." Jungkook kisses her neck before he rests his chin on her shoulder. He sways them as he hums and says, "worth it." Heri scoffs with a laugh that Jungkook joins into. He releases her and faces her with that big gorgeous bunny smile. "Excited? This is your first song being released." Heri takes a deep breath and releases it while nodding. "Yes. Excited and nervous. What if everyone hates it?" "Baby, the song is amazing and so is Adora's voice. She'll make everyone fall in love with your song." Heri rolls her eyes but thanks him. Adora and her stupid pretty voice.

They make their way to the sound room to watch Adora's stage, the room filled with BigHit employees, along with Yoongi. She only spares him a glance before finding a spot to watch. Jungkook comes up behind her and wraps his arms around her. Yoongi is instantly pissed as his eyes bore into their side. Is she flaunting Jungkook in front of him? Another performance is going on and Jungkook is swaying the two to the music. "Get your fucking hands off her." Heri and Jungkook look to their right to see Yoongi staring at them, livid. Jungkook immediately loosens his hold but Heri grabs his hands and wraps them back around her. "No one can see us" Heri fires back. "I can" he spits, staring at just Heri. Jungkook watches nervously as the two glare at each other but is too afraid to move because he knows Heri is just as lethal as Yoongi. And he likes her so he doesn't want to upset her. "Don't look then" is all Heri says before turning back to the stage and leaning back more into Jungkook. He looks at Yoongi but sees him glaring at only Heri, then his eyes go Jungkook's arms around her. He then glares at Jungkook, making him gulp, before scoffing and moving to other side of the room. "Things are no better I take it" Jungkook says softly. Heri just hums and tightens her hold on his arms. "I don't want to talk about it." Her voice is stern and he doesn't want to piss her off. "Ok" he softly says and then kisses her head.
