Soldier:general Ross sir!

Ross:what is it! This better be important, and I swear if it's those damn d.h.o.r.k.s. again, so help me-
soldier:no sir It's them, Thankfully. We've been on monitor duty as you said and we found something.
Ross:Unless it has something to do with "him" then report back to your post.
Soldier:that's what I'm here about sir. It's gamma related.
Suddenly Ross stops and turns with a more concerned look.
Ross:...is it him?

He then plugs a USB device into a laptop and shows him the footage.
Soldier:this was taken last week. we can't be entirely certain if it's the Howl but our soldiers are sure it's gamma radiation.
He plays the video.
