Last month, I finally spilled the truth about my age—24, not 15, as everyone thought. It was liberating to shed one secret, but there's still a lingering one I can't share with anyone. Sometimes my mind wanders off to that night ‘ “We were friends, but I'm not the same anymore Y/n“ ‘ Those words keep echoing in my mind. “Not the same, yeah I got it.” I looked out the window thinking about how I could have helped in the past. ‘“I could have helped you," "You could have, but you would have suffered the consequences along with me." Why a villain though? Why'd you become a villain Dabi?’ “Oh, why do you have to be so stubborn? But then again you always were.” I chuckled to myself.
Just as I was getting up from my desk after finishing up some schoolwork there was a knock on the door, “Come in.” As the door opened I saw Jiro, “Hey, what's up Jiro?” I asked with a positive attitude even though I was frustrated earlier. “Y/n I need to talk to you about something important.” She said seriously, “Sure, what's going on?” I asked 'What’s so important?’ I thought to myself
“A while ago, I heard you talking with Shoto about you seeing the villain Dabi, did you see him?"
My eyes widened a little ‘Oh crap, I can't tell her. But what if she finds out I'm lying? Stay cool Y/n.’ “I did, but like I told Shoto I didn't go up to talk and see him. I would have died if I did.” I said calmly Jiro looked at me curiously, “Y/n, I know it's not my place to get into your personal life but that night after Shoto left your room door, Y/n, I thought I heard you talking to someone else that night, saying you wouldn't tell anyone."
'Oh no, oh no, oh no.’ I can't say anything about it, I scramble to maintain composure. “Jiro, I'm telling you the truth,” I say, looking a tiny bit nervous as I lie through my teeth, for my safety and her safety. She took a deep breath, “Y/n if you are lying is there a reason why, like you're being blackmailed?”I glance at my desk, where a hidden camera captures all conversations, proof that I'm keeping my promise to Dabi. I looked at her. “I promise I'm not lying, or being blackmailed by anyone,” I said seriously.
“Okay, just know I'm here for you if you need to talk.” She said as she left my room. I nodded and gave her a reassuring smile, “I will.” I don’t know how I can keep any secrets without someone with a good-hearing quirk like Jiro’s, “What am I going to do?” I ask myself.

I looked at my phone and looked through the pictures and videos of me and the class, “I wish I could, I wish I could tell you, guys. But I can't,” I said to myself in a whisper. Just then I got a text, “Huh?” I tapped on it to see Who had sent me a text.
Unknown: I know who you are, and I know you’re secret.
My heart races as I respond, trying to uncover the sender's identity. It could be Dabi, and I'm desperate to keep my secrets hidden.
Yn:
Who is this? How do you know me, and what do you know?
Y/n: Is this Dabi? Who are you, how did you get my number?

I looked at my phone for what felt like an hour trying to figure out who this person was. The suspense built as I showed the unknown number to the camera, seeking confirmation. "Know who this is?" I asked quietly. I figured if someone knew who it was it was Dabi.
