Chapter 10: Fear

The sounds of wings flapping could be heard as a group of elemental dragons through soared through the skies and towards ninjago. All consisting of different colors and elemental users.

"Chen and his Anacondrai army have a day start on us.. be prepared for anything and everything!" Lloyd announced, with kai soon flying beside him, boboiboy and skylor riding with him. "How did we lose so much time?!" He'd ask, to which a voice from underneath him would reply with "you know, you took an oath to never leave a man behind", that voice belonging to none other than Dareth, who was seated behind zane on the ice dragon that the ice ninja had created.

"And we're not all quick learners! Mastering your fear to create power dragons takes time" jay yelled, glancing over at boboiboy. Jay had internally kept the hope that boboiboy could create his own elemental dragon, and while boboiboy was aware quake could.. it's been a long time. "Well we're running out of that! There's ninjago city! Hurry!" Nya replied, seated behind jay.

"Hurrys my middle name!- hyah!" And with that the elemental master of speed sped foward and infront of the group, being the first to fly into the city.

"Remeber whatever happens down there, we're stronger united.. we fight as one!" Lloyd yet again announced, with the elemental masters finally reacting the city. The range of colorful and unique dragons being spotted from citizens below.

"Let's do this!!" Jay exclaimed out of nowhere, flying foward with a sudden burst of energy. With a few moments of flying further the elemental masters would land their dragons, with kai landing his on what seemed to be a pretty empty street. With citizens walking towards the elemental dragon out of curious and amazement of the rare sighting. However panic soon erupted as one teenager with her little brother caught view of skylor, having now looked more like a before snake do to the spell.

"SERPENTINE!!"

And with that everyone once nearby ran off, screaming in fear, skylor sighed, covering her face. "I wish I still had the power to change.." she muttered, to which kai turned towards her--his mask up and over his head--and said "you have changed" with boboiboy continuing it for him by saying "you're with us now!" And giving skylor a much needed hug.

However that moment was cut short as an old lady driving a car below them honked her horn in annoyance at the elemental dragon being in her way. "Could you be a dear and move your dragon?!" She asked, rather loudly, to which kai would comply, with the dragon soon lifting its foot and looking down at the lady as she drove by. "Thank you young man" the old lady continued, driving away. With boboiboy only having to comment "you don't see that everyday..".

"If we're the first ones they've seen.. where's chen?! And why hasn't he attacked?!" Garmadon questioned out of confusion to no one in peticular. With the trio on the fire elemental masters dragon hopping off as kai un-summoned it; with them soon walking towards the father & son duo afterwards.

Lloyd would turn to the trio, looking and skylor directly, "we have to get you and my father off the streets before we alarm everyone" he explained, before looking up at the other elemental masters.
