You didn't understand, why he had been so on edge. A worried feeling entered and nagged in the back of your mind and wouldn't let go, questioning and worrying. Was there something else that he knew about the industry? Did he have previous experience and trauma of some kind? What was he keeping from you?

Lost in a whirlwind of theories and possibilities, you barely noticed your feet touching the smooth black pavement. Approaching the doors, you grasped the handle and glanced over your shoulder, a cool breeze kissing your skin and sending a shiver down your spine. You watch as the breeze carried an array of flower petals dancing their way to the road and onto Sukuna's car windows, obscuring your view of him. A wave of uneasiness washed over you, sending a chill down your spine. With a deep breath, you shook off the unease and focused on the opportunity ahead. Determined, adjusted your skirt once more and pulled the handle of the glass doors and stepped inside.

Stepping into the building, you were instantly struck by its opulence. The air was cool and carried a faint scent of jasmine. The sophisticated ambiance was evident in every detail: pristine white walls adorned with elegant gold and black bird feather designs, seamlessly blended with sleek white marble and polished black finishes. Everything was impeccably arranged, exuding a sense of luxury and precision. Your heels clicked on the polished marble floor, the sound echoing sharply in the vast, open space. As you walked, your eyes were drawn to a gold fountain in the center, its gentle trickle of water adding a serene undercurrent to the otherwise bustling environment.

When you reached the front desk, The young woman with short green hair typed away at her computer, barely glancing up as you approached.

"Hi, I'm here for-" you began, but she cut you off. "Name?"

Taken aback by her rudeness, you stammered, 'U-um Y/N!' She swiftly grabbed her phone to send a text, seemingly oblivious to your presence.

Within a matter of seconds, you heard the faint sound of a ping, signaling the arrival of a notification. After a moment, she clicked her tongue and turned back to you, a slightly annoyed look on her face.

"Come with me," she motioned, her eyes shifting and locking with yours briefly as she stood and straightened her posture. She held an indifferent expression on her face. You felt a rush of emotions as you stared in bewilderment. The girl turned on her heels, her shoes clicking on the marble floor, and walked towards the hallway. She stopped briefly to give you a sour look over her shoulder before continuing

"Sometime today," she hissed, giving you a scrutinizing once-over.

Taking a deep breath, you adjusted the strap of your purse and scurried forward, hoping the encounter with the girl was a one-off situation.

The only reason you were hesitant in the first place is because her rudeness seemed very unprofessional. She sighed loudly, rolling her eyes and swiveling on her heel as she continued walking. After taking an elevator up a few floors, you entered a grand open hallway. She walked down the long path to gold-colored, double-wide French doors.

Pausing in front of it, she flashed another cold look before knocking twice, and the door swung open to reveal a striking figure awaiting you inside. The woman's sharp eyebrows raised in an equally intimidating fashion, her appearance alone sent shivers up your spine.

She was tall with porcelain skin and beautiful white hair. She exuded an air of authority, dressed in an elegant black blazer dress with gold ornate buttons. Her blunt-cut bangs framed her face, and the rest of her hair was pulled back into a sleek ponytail. Her make-up was simple and accentuated her facial features. You tried not to ogle, your nerves grew and caused you to look to the floor, hoping to hide the reaction you had from her.
