We see Ryujin and Todoroki standing near the entrance, as Todoroki asked to speak to him
Ryujin: Alright, what is it you wish talk about?
Todoroki: I was overpowered, so much that i nearly broke my pledge. lida, Kaminari, Yaoyorozy, Koro, Izuku and Ochaco... None of them felt it, but at last second. I was the only one overpowered.
Ryujin: Get to the point.
Todoroki: Do you know that my father is Endevour the No.2 Hero?
Ryujin: Yeah, what about him?
Todoroki : You've heard of Quirk marriages, right? That thing that became a problem for the second and third generation after superpowers appeared. Choosing a spouse based only on strengthening your own Quirk and passing it onto your children, forcing people into marriage. The old fashioned way of thinking brought about by a lack of ethics. He is a man with both accomplishments and money. He won over my mother's relatives and got a hold of my mother's Quirk. He is trying to fulfill his own desire by raising me to be a hero to surpass All Might.
This made Ryujin shocked to hear this
Todoroki : It's so annoying... I won't become the tool of scum like that. In my memories, my mother is always crying. "Your left side is unsightly," my mother said as she poured boiling water on me.
Ryujin's eyes widen to see Todoroki's look on his face
Todoroki : Basically, I picked a fight with you to show him what I can do, without using my damn old man's Quirk...No... I'll reject him completely by winning first place without using it.

After listening to Todoroki's story, Ryujin remained silent, as Todorki walks away
Todoroki: Sorry for wasting your time.
As he continues to walk away, Ryujin then spoke up
Ryujin: Todoroki.
Todoroki then stops and then looks back
Ryujin: Everyone here including you is trying to be the best. Trying to be the number 1, the greatest hero and etc. Where that's an amazing goal and all. For me, I want to be a become a Pro Hero so i can protect those in need, regardless of titles. But even if we still have different goals. I can't lose to you. And like i said before, You'd best come at me with everything you got. cause I won't hold back
Todoroki didn't say anything as he continues to walk away

After Lunch, everyone had returned to the stadium and President Mic was getting ready announce the recreational games, but everyone looked and saw all the girls other then Koro from Class 1-A wearing cheerleaders outfits and everyone looked confused.
Ryujin: uh??
Present Mic: What's the matter, Class 1-A? What kind of fan-service was this?
In the distance Kaminari and Mineta high fived each other with a devious grin
