Todoroki used his Ice and raised Iida, Izuku and the other hero that was with them above from Stain, as he jumped to avoid it.

Ryujin jumped in, and punches him in the chest sending him back, as he lands back next to Todoroki
Ryujin: You ain't laying a finger on them, hero killer.
Izuku: Ryujin, Todoroki, you can't let this guy see your blood! I think he controls his opponent's actions by ingesting their blood orally. That's how he got all of us!
Ryujin: Blood?
Todoroki: So he sucks blood to stop people from moving

Suddenly, Stains threw knives at Ryujin and Todoroki, making them dodge. Then he rushes over to todoroki and tries to attack him with his blade
Stain: You have good friends, Ingenium!

As he slashes Todoroki, he blocked with his ice, Ryujin then jumps in and kicks him back
Ryujin: you want to fight with blades, huh, well...
Ryujin then summons his Dragon Claws
Ryujin: Too, can play that game!
Stain: *Licks his lips* this just got interesting
Then the two charge at each other as their blades interlocked
