I know I must be dead because what I'm seeing can't possibly be true. Saaliyah his old and grey and hold my hand as we sit on the porch of a house my family home in west Texas. We're watching our grandchildren play in the spacious yard as my siblings and their children grill. I smile and don't even feel sad that I never got to have this experience in the land of the living. Pulling her closing I press a kiss to her forehead and she looks at me lovingly. Feeling a presence behind I look up. A large man looks over me his facial features concealed by the large wings sprouting from his back. But his very presence emits peace and I know I don't have to be afraid. Living my life in the street I never thought I'd get the chance to get to heaven but now that I'm here I don't want to be anywhere else.

"You need to wake up. It's not your time." His voice sends chills down my spine. It's like a million voices talking at once. Everyone freezes in place at the sound of his voice looking up at him reverently before going back to what they were doing.

"But I want to stay."

"I know you do but the real Saaliyah needs you."

"If I die her father no longer has access to her so this is for the best."

"You see that girl?" Pointing to a tall girl who is the spitting image of Saaliyah but with a chestnut skin tone and my hazel eyes.

"Yeah? What about her?"

"That's your daughter and you need to wake up if you ever want to meet her."

WAKEUPWAKEUPWAKEUPWAKEUPWAKEUP

I gasped and groan as the deep breath makes my broken ribs scream and protest. I'm hooked up to a heart monitor that is going haywire. I'm in the same place I was tortured in but they seem to converted it to a makeshift hospital room. I guess they couldn't risk me dying on them and Yah making a run for it.The door to the sound proof basement opens and the last person I could ever hope to see walks in. Jazmine takes a seat on the edge of bed that I'm restrained to. I look done at my naked torso and cast on my right leg. I'm glad the took the time to patch me up after playing operation with my ass all night.

"I'm glad to see your awake, we have a lot to discuss." The sight of her rubbing her swollen belly so contently makes me sick. Once my son his born this bitch is definitely getting a bullet between her eyes.

"I bet we do. But tell me this. How did you really get pregnant and don't bullshit me either. We're passed the point of lying to each other."

"Oh, getting pregnant was easy. You were so careful about bringing your own condoms but weren't careful about checking them for holes. Every time you left the room i was able to get a hold of them and boom. Ha! Im not as dumb as you thought huh?"

I smirk lick my dry lips.

"Dumber actually." Popping up and head butt her  making her yell out and surprise. She reaches for the gun at her waist but I back hand her and relieve her of the gun. Hear the door open up I quickly put her in a chaokhold pressing the barrel of the beretta against her skulls. The smell of piss permeates the air as she struggles against me. My attention is on the door as the two large men loom on in fear. Jazmine might not be Saaliyah but she was still slims daughter and I doubt he'd let her be murdered in cold blood. Standing I drag Jazmine to her feet not caring at all about her whimpers of pain. At this point she was no more than a incubator and a bulletproof vest.
