5. New day, new face.

Saturday, 10th August, 2019

I wake up from my sleep with the obvious sensation of my puffy eyes. Just as soon as I woke up, the clock beside me rang. Looks like I've trained myself to wake up on time. I reach my hand out to the desk, swaying it in attempt to find my phone - which I did not.. I continue trying to fish for my phone using my hand. My body starts growing conscious and so does my mind along with the voices.

Aha!

I finally succeeded in fishing for my phone. It's as easy as a piece of cake. Or ABC's. I wouldn't say cake since I'm bad at baking. Or maybe even doing stuff at all.. But anyways, as always, my phone is bombarded with messages from my friend group. Maybe it's because it's the weekends, but for the first time - I don't actually feel my heart beating crazily seeing the hundreds of unread messages.

"Is that me?" My mind wonders as I look at the username, "Zaza🤔". But how? I don't remember ever setting my username.. I accidentally pressed the arrow to the current conversation and missed everything. It was morning and I just woke up, so there's no way that I'm gonna use all my morning energy to scroll back up.
