"The spirits are the children who died. They follow him." Michael deeply sighed and sat at the edge of the bed.

"Mike.." my voice traced off

"I want to help them it's the least I could do. I should have done something that night he came home damped in blood. Blood that wasn't his. Blood of innocent children.. but god damn I was so fucking scared of him" Michael weeped.

I hugged him trying to comfort him as best as I was able to. I hated seeing him like this. Maybe it was a bad idea for me to continue pursing this and not leaving anything in the past. If I hadn't brought anything up we wouldn't be in this situation.

"None of this is your fault Mike. You don't need to continue blaming yourself of your fathers doings. They got their revenge on him.."

"Not yet. He's still here. I can feel him. They can feel him. He's not gone. They want him gone! The only way this is going to work is if I continue being their bait. I need to complete these unfinished shifts to save everyone."

Michael turned to look at the clock and got up. "Where are you going?" I asked him. "To work. Someone has to do something about this." Michael opened his drawer grabbing the work uniform. It was a blue button up shirt, black jeans, gloves and a tool belt. I'm guessing he's working as a mechanic.

"Let me come with you. Please.. I don't think I can bare if something happened to you."

"You can't come.. I can't lose you.

"And we can't bare to lose you."

"Fine" Michael sighed. "But you have to listen to me. This is dangerous."

I nodded my head. "I'll be okay. We'll be okay."

We got into one of the vehicles on the driveway. Henry had decided to stay behind to keep watch if William were to return. Which I believed was a bad idea. But he insisted.

I was hoping Michael would ask why I said "We". I didn't feel like it was the right time to tell him. He's stressed enough and if the news about us having a child worried him more, i'm afraid he wouldn't handle everything at once.

I don't think he would let me do anything either way. I began having cravings but I didn't want it to be a bother. My stomach began to rumble but thankfully Michael had the music on. "Are you hungry?" he asked as if he read my mind.

I smiled "Yeah.. but it's pretty late. I don't think anything is open." I sighed. "I'm sure there's a hamburger place that must be open. I smiled and thanked him.

He pulled up to a restaurant that read "Tommy's Diner" Thankfully it was drive through so it wouldn't take so long. Michael ordered me *your order* and I've never been more at home even if we don't know we'll be alive tomorrow.

"Feeling better?" Michael looked at me and smiled "Much better" I leaned in and kissed his cheek. "I hope you know how much I love you" Michael quickly kissed me. "Always Michael" I chuckled.

"Really though. I don't think you understand how grateful I am for you. You doing all these things for me.. I love you more each day Y/n"

"I love you a lot Mike. You know i'd do anything for you."

The place nearly looked abandoned and it terrified me. The parking lot was empty and the place was all boarded up and written with graffiti. I have a bad feeling about this.

Michael parked the car behind the building and turned off the engine.

"You don't have to do this if you don't want to." Michael looked at me "I will do this with you. We do this together." I placed my hand on top of his comforting him. He nodded his head and we both got out of the car. He grabbed a pair of keys from his pocket and unlocked the back door.

He slowly opened it, going in first and then me. He turned on all the lights and we were greeted with tall shelves filled with boxes of equipment. Old party decor, robotic pieces, etc.

"It's over here." Michael whispered and I followed him out of the storage unit and right across was an elevator. It looked normal but right when It opened it was huge inside.

"It's so weird in here.." I said walking in. The lights flickered on "Hello Eggs Benedict"

"Eggs Benedict?" I giggled looking at Michael. "Yeah yeah laugh all you want" He rolled his eyes. The elevator began moving down. The lights then flickered off, which alarmed me. Michael pulled me close "The lights probably don't work as good" Michael's said. "Yeah probably.." I said unsurely. Then everything went black..

I woke up in the car. Michael was next to me "Thank god you woke up" Michael sighed in relief and held me tightly "I have to go alone right now. I'm very late. I'll be back in 3 hours okay? I called Henry from a phone line and he should be hear soon to take you home.." Michael said.

"What? No I can't leave you here" I shook my head and I began to panic again. "I'll be fine I promise" He kissed me and I kissed him back. It nearly felt like a goodbye kiss..

Half an hour passed by and I noticed Henry's car parking next to Mike's. I sighed and I got out. Henry opened the car door and got out "Did you tell him?" he asked.

I knew what he was talking about.. "No I haven't told him. I shook my head and I walked around the car going inside Henry's car. Henry sighed and got inside and we drove back to the old house. I felt scared for Mike. I hated this feeling.
