Three days passed by Preeti went through an operation which occured to be very sudden for everyone .
After resting for 2-days in ICU she has been shifted to IP ward .
Checking her condition ,
Adnan discharged her asking not to do any work with the hand, not to move the hand even a bit .
It is all bandaged perfectly .
Every day twice dressing as been changing by the nurse in hospital and in home Prema or Pushkar are changing the dressing .

Present
She is resting in Tiwari Mansion which is her own.
Uday and Shravan explanined many times leaving there in this condition is not good to her but she didn't listen.
Understanding her Neha asked to shift her to Tiwari mansion itself where everyone started to stay there with her .
Inspite of all tries Anurag does to make her talk to him ,
she stopped talking with him and everyone .

Though the operation went successful
as Adnan
said nothing can be said untill unless she moved the hand , exactly the same happened .
Present Preeti is not in a condition to move her hand , even a bit .
She lost the capability of sense .
Which was a huge shock to everyone , it means she cannot become Surgeon ever .
Leave becoming a Surgeon ,
she lost her hand sense completely .
It as been paralyzed .
But a temporary one .
Another operation should be perform to bring the chanches to 80% atleast .

This made Preeti heart broken .
Not only her but everyone .
Anurag is more effected compared to anyone as only he knows what's Preeti aim and how badly she wanted to become a Neuro-Surgeon.
If their talk for 3-hrs in that 1.5hrs Preeti used to talk about her career , her aim , what she wants to do further , what more she wants to study and where ,
in which university .
She cannot even play tennis leave Becoming a surgeon.

In these
three days she never talked with anyone ,
kept crying thinking why this as to be happened to her and only her .
Till now what ever she wants badly in her life ,
Had left .

First ,
Her Anuu....,
Second ,
Her Parents...,
Third
Her Career and Dreams .
Though Anurag had returned to her life but parents and now her Dream doesn't seems to be return again .
She is crying on her faith.

When Preeti sleeps because of meds , that's when Anurag stays with her till she wakes .
Though she didn't talked with him , didn't even shoo him away.

6:00pm,
Tiwari Mansion
Preeti room.
Preeti is laying on bed flower position with a pale face where Adnan is sitting infront of her on a chair.
Her injured hand is resting on bed , other hand is laying on her lap.
After checking her hand ,
Adnan came to a conclusion.

Adnan :-  How are you Preeti ? Are you feeling well ?

Preeti :-  I don't know sir .

Adnan :-  Preetii...I know it is a hard news to digest...but you have to digest the truth Preeti .

Preeti :- My whole right hand as been Paralyzed sir , how can I digest this hard news sir . I can't...my future as been collasped totally .

Adnan :-   Don't think negative Preeti . Nothing as such as happened yet .
As I said earlier , lets try for another operation Preeti .
Don't loose hope . Nerves were teared apart but in last operation I have stiched them litetly and so the hand is Numb now .
In other setup , we might not know they can heal.
There are chances Preetu , trust on me . I will not let this time fail ....you will be healed totally . 
Your aim is my responaibility .
