Sorry for lack of art work there will be some soon.

***Faith's POV***

For a moment I froze hearing a voice behind me. I turn my head after that moment and there's nothing there. I let out a sigh I must be losing it. Maybe there was something in the air of the basement that is making me hear stuff.

Anyway, I put the books back in the box and decided I will look at the rest later. As I stand and start walking back to the door, I feel it. Static in the air. It's coming from behind me. I turn hoping it's just my imagination again, but not this it's not.

This time I see a figure of a tall man. He has got to be between 7 and 8 feet with red and black hair. He also has antlers and deer ears. What scares me most right now is his glowing red eyes and razor sharp toothed smile. Even though he's smiling I don't get a good feeling about it.

Is this house seriously haunted? I am pretty sure whoever this is, isn't a ghost. Ghosts are usually see through right? As I stand frozen like an idiot he decide to speak first.

"Sorry to have to do this to you dear, but I can have people roaming around my house messing with my things. Scaring you didn't seem to drive you away. So, I'm afraid I must get rid of you. But since I am a gentleman, I will kill you quickly and painlessly. Sound fair?" He asks still smiling.

Wait, what? I'm going to die. Not without a fight I'm not. My hand twitches in my pocket and feels my keys. Maybe they could help me here.

"You could do that, except there is one small problem." I say hoping to keep his focus on my face and not my hands.

"Oh. And what's that darling?" He asks, looking me right in the eyes.

"You have to catch me first." I say as my hand gently throws the keys past him.

Sure enough, the sound of the keys hitting the ground take his attention off of me long enough for me to get a few second head start. I fly down the stairs as quickly as I can go. After going through the door, I slam it shut.

That won't take him long to get though. I make a run for the stairs leading to the living room and front door. I go down them as quick as I can. Near the bottom I notice a shadow along the wall acting strange. I move closer to the railing as I get there. A shadowy tentacle shoots out of the wall at me. But the extra space I gave myself gave me time to dodge it.

As I dodge the shadow tentacle and run toward the front door, I hear a deep staticky chuckle come from everywhere. I fling open the front door and run out of the house. I grab the door to slam it shut hoping to buy me some time and as I am closing the door he's right there. In front of me.

After slamming the door in his face, I jump off the porch and run toward the woods. I couldn't go for my car even if I wanted to. My keys are upstairs in the attic. With how close he was I wouldn't have time to start it anyway. Right now, my only hope is that I can lose him in the woods.

***Alastor's POV***

This girl is certainly an interesting one. She is putting up more of a fight than I expected. I expected her to accept a swift and painless death. Instead, she is trying to run. Oh, how fun! It's been a long time since I hunted anyone down. I kind of miss it.

I think I will still give her a swift death when I catch her. As a thank you for an entertaining time. She did make a mistake running for the woods though. I hunted in them for years. I will catch her in no time.

Although now that I think about it, going for her might have been a bigger mistake. She doesn't have her keys and even if she did she wouldn't have had time to start it. She may have actually made the smarter choice. My smile widens. Clever girl.
