(This is before izuku dashed to ochakos aid, but during him transforming to Super Saiyan)
everyone in the building is in utter shock over witnessing a new appearance of izuku. his hair suddenly...changed color? is this a part of an enhancement quirk that he's been telling them? there were so many questions that were overflowing in their heads. one student in particular is just so pissed off since he has a gut feeling that a hair color change isn't just for show.
they were speechless, and before one of the 2 pro heroes would go to the aid of their severely damaged student, izuku suddenly disappeared, and when they got to the same location of where ochakos body was, it.. wasn't there anymore. and they didn't see izuku there, either. 'How the hell is he this fast?! he's even faster than all might!' aizawa was thinking, bewildered by the sudden speed increase that izuku was showing, while also not having a single clue as to where he even took her. but he has a hunch that she's at a safe enough place.
shigaraki, however, is frozen. this was the first time ever in a while that he's been genuinely scared. and what makes it extra embarrassing to him is that it isn't even a pro hero that he's feeling fearful. it's a UA student. words can't even come out of his mouth. eventually, he shook out of his fear and ordered Nomu to attack with all he's got, no matter what, in which nomu obeyed.
but before nomu even got a chance to land a single blow, izuku vanished kit of the hiding spot and reappeared right in front of the nomu, landing a devastating blow to the jaw, making a crater on the floor in the shape of Nomus body. then, izuku stares at shigaraki.
"so.. are you going to leave peacefully, or am I gonna force all of you to go...?!" He said, in a rather aggressive tone, causing shigaraki to flinch. not knowing what to do. Nomu is no match for this kid, which is weird to him, considering that it's supposedly at the same strength, if not, potentially STRONGER than all might. but, here's this child making his creation look like nothing?!
"L...Like hell I'll leave now!! Nomu!! stop messing around and kill this bratty child!" shigaraki screamed, as the nomu jumped out of the crater that he got stuck in, trying desperately to give izuku a run for his money, but it wasn't working. izuku kept pummeling the nomu like he was a punching bag. and goku could tell that he isn't even giving it his all as he was witnessing the fight go on.
as izukus beating down the Nomu, he yells at Iida, "Hey! go call some Pro Heros and Recovery Girl, right now! I'll buy some time!" Iida simply shook his head since he was just as shocked as everyone else on how easily izuku is beating nomus ass, considering the big talk that shigaraki was giving when it comes to him. "On it!" As he was running to the exit, shigaraki tried desperately to stop Iida from reaching the exit. but before he even attempted to do so, he got air punched, albeit not a lot of force, it was just enough to stagger shigaraki while bakugo, despite being injured, held him down by both his hands to make sure that there won't be any sort of decaying happening.
once he saw that Iida left, as well as bakugo temporarily holding down shigaraki, he'd figure that it'd be best to finish off the Nomu now before it brings the attention of all might, since he's thinking that it could potentially endanger him more since he does know about the injury that he has. so he grabbed nomu by the arm, and threw him upwards to the ceiling. then, he puts his hands together
"Ka...Me...Ha...Me..." He mutters, as the Kamehameha is charging, but not to the full power since he is being careful and wants to keep the damage to a minimal, since he's calmed down a bit. shigaraki is squirming, desperately trying to get out of Bakugos grip, but he activated his explosion quirk to prevent him from squirming even more.
"don't... you fucking dare... interfere his fight" he scowls as he tightened his grip, causing shigaraki to be furious as he's been beat. then izuku has finished charging relatively quickly and starting shooting the beam to get to the nomu at point blank range
