chapter Five

Lola's P.O.V

Maon just because I have this power that I know I shouldn't of gotten because I turned into a wolf the same time as you, I told Mason. 'Listen Lo your my little sister and being a wolf and having these powers need to be kept a secret, Mason said. 'Yeah I know but what if..., 'Lola like a said he cant know, Mason said. 'Ok fine.. if I keep this from my best friend you promise I can still see him, I asked 'okay.. just be careful, Mason said

'Ok now just make sure your powers are not revealed, Mason said 'the only thing Max knows about me is of course me reading minds, I told him 'whst?, Mason questioned. H'hey thats all he knows I promise can we just go back to normal now and let me be happy to have you back as your normal self, I told him as he laughed and hugged me. 'Come on lets go, Mason said as we went back to the Russo's house.

Russo's house

'What am I going to do... keeping this secret from my best friend, Lola thought as she was walking in the Russo's house with Mason. Even though I was at the Russo's I couldn't stop thinking about what my brother said and this power I have.. I mean would really be so bad If they knew the truth about me.

From the day I was born Mason has looked after me and never told a soul about this power. 'I just don't see what the big deal is. Yeah Is different and weired for a wolf. I can turn myself into any person I want who cares I dont see it freaking out the Russo's. Its not like they are just normal humans, Lola thought wanting her best friend Max to know everything. As I walked into the room harper was giving Alex and Mason hats that they told them were horrible. I walked over to Max giving him a tight hug. 'You alright? Max asked me. I looked at my brother.

'Yeah um everythings fine 'lets go Mason get you some body spray... no offence you kinda smell like a dog, z
Zeak told him. I tried not to laugh 'yeah I get that a lot, Mason said walking out the subshop with him. Max then laughs 'hey dont know what your laughing at.. your girlfriend smells like one too, Justin said 'HEY!!, I shout 'sorry, Justin said. 'Its funny though because zeak is actrally a dog, Max said 'whats your exuse, Justin asked. Suddenly a siren went off and the subshop was shuttig down.

'Jerry whats going on?, Mrs Russo asked her husband. 'Max, I spoke as he pulled me into a hug. We all kept goimg back and forth when people came from either side and we screamed. 'Good morning wizard family im agent langwood from.. well I cant tell you because its a secret appartment of the U.S goverment.. we've had your family under savalence for month, the man said. 'Oh no dad.. they found out our soda's are really just ice, Alex said.

Third person's P.O.V

'We know you are wizards, the man said as Alex laughed 'uh can I get you some ice or a soda, Alex asked as everyone then got worried and went to run out each door but was caught by people who are after them. 'Max!, Lola said trying go hug him.tight. contact your brother Lo, Max said knowing about my mind reading.

Lola kissed Max before he and his family was taken away from their home. 'Whats happened, Harper said walking over to Lola. 'They've taken them away.. they know they are wizards, Lola told Harper. 'Will not panic I will not panic, Harper said as she then panicked and screamed running out the door. 'Harper calm down. You try find a way to get them out of that place I need to call my brother, Lola said.

Sadly Lola couldn't get any connection with her brother 'Oh god I cant get hold of him, Lola said 'I cant get hold of any of the wizards either 'Harper said when Mason walked into the layer. 'Alex where is everyone im ready for our double date?, Mason said 'bro theres not going to be any of them.. the Russos are gone, Lola told him. 'The gererment, Harper said 'oh god we need to call professor crums he will know what to do, Mason said.

'Im.comimh with you, Lola said 'no it might be to dangerous, Mason said 'I dont care... my best friend is out there, Lola said 'fine we will be back in a giffy, Mason said. 'What kind of hero says giffy, Harper says as they leave the layer and go find professor.

Max's P.O.V

'Listen Max we know your the brains of the opposition? agent langwood said. 'Well thank you.. ive heard armpit but never brains of the Russo operation, Max said. 'I hope your ok max, I heard Lola's voice in my head. 'Im ok Lo dont worry, I said. 'Sciencdtice one here just has a few quentions for you and you will be on your way, langwood.

'first question. Is that your real body or does your wizard soul take over your existing body? He asked 'oh uh.. thats a good question uh I think this is my real body.. uh im not to sure though I wasn't there when I was born, I said when the man wrote what I said down. 'Wait a minute I cant write that they're going to think im out of mu mind, he said. 'langwood walked over to me saying. 'We want to know how your powers work?. 'Are the powers in your wand do you plug yourself in at nigbt?,

They kept asking all these weird questions but all I coud think about is my best friend. 'Kind of I have to use an ellectic blanket when it get really cold at night. Wizards get fat in the winter, the man said as he was writting it fown. 'Dont write that down, langwood said. 'But thats what he said, the man told langwood. 'He always said hes an armpit, langwood responds. They then let me go and Alex went in for questioning.

They then questioned my older brother Justin and he told them everything because he believed there was real alians and told the goverment everything. We finally got out and into our layer but everything was gone. 'MAX!, Lola shouts running to me and hugging me tight she then kissed me. 'Ive missed you so much, I said. 'What happened, Alex asked 'well Lola told me and when I was admiring this hat in the mirror they snuck up behind me, Mason said.

Lola rolled her eyes and then had a thought that if she told her brother about it he probably wont be happy. 'What?.. what is it Lo, I asked. 'Well I think I know a way to get you guys out of here but it might be wisky and might freak you guys out, Lola said. 'Lo your slready starting to worry me. Whats wrong, I asked. 'Lola no, Mason told her. 'Sorry Mason but its the only way we can save our friends and this kind of power I have aint that worrying, Lola told him.

'Power? We say confuced. 'I have to tell them, Lola told Mason. 'Mason looked at his sister in a I can trust them look. 'I can change into any person I want. So right now I can change into one of these guards and let you guys out, Lola said 'what no way thats an awesome power, I said 'thats great that means you can get us out of here and I can go back to home and go to the bathroom that has a comfortable chair, Mom said.

We then watched as Lola shapeshifted into one of the guards. 'Hey Maaon why did you want Lola to keep her power a secret? Especially from us, Max said. 'Long story Max, Mason said 'yeah probably is you getting hurt amd all, I said 'What? How did... she told you right, Mason asked 'just now yeah.. but not everything, I told him. 'I hate when she talks and reads our minds like that sometimes, Mason said as I laugh 'come on you have that power too its pretty awesome. I said.

Lola turned herself into a guard letting all of us out when the real guard came. 'Mason, Alex said hugging him Lola then hugged me. 'Quick pick an animal? Alex asked 'wolf of course, Mason said 'W.O.L.F, Alex said as a light beamed 'Alex do the spell already?, Dad asked as Alex did the spell making loads of us running around. 'We soon got back home 'id everyone ok, dad asked 'no I let all of you down, Justin said.

'No you didn't you thought you was saving the world, Dad said 'Mason you saved us, Alex said 'no i didn't 'I know I just wanted a reason to hug you my sister Alex said hugging him. After everything that happened and saving all the other wizards it was nice to be back home. Finding out my best friend can turn into anyone she wants is still pretty awesome to me and I know I should keep this secret. But why did Mason want her to keep something so amazing a secret from us, I thought as we got to the layer.
