It was morning, just after the sun had came through the window of Alice's bedroom. Alice blinked her eyes a few times before she had gotten fully up. Alice walked over to her mirror.
"I am Alice Kid, 15 today, still alive and me. Nothing can go wrong today." Alice said to herself, Alice grabbed her robe off of her desk chair and walked to the bathroom. She knocked on the door,"Danny! I need the bathroom! It's my birthday, so you have to be nice!" Danny walked out of the bathroom.
"Ok, chill." Alice had gone in the bathroom and did her morning routine. She got dressed and walked down stairs and ate her breakfast her mother prepared for her.
"Happy birthday Hun, I can't believe you are 15, you make me feel so old." Diana Kid smiled.
"Thanks mom, and it's not like I'm moving out, your not that old yet." Alice smiled. Soon enough a car horn honked outside of Alice's home. "It's Alex, I've got to go, I don't want to be late, especially on my birthday. I don't need the 'if your late again' speech from Mr. Rob on my special day." Alice smiled and left the house.
"There she is, the birthday girl!" Alex Colly was 16 and drove a black motorcycle that him and his father built when Alex was 5. He had black hair and had blue eyes. Alex smiled at Alice. Alice smiled as she walked toward Alex. Alex soon pulled out a small box, it was old and made of wood and marble.
"What's this?" Alice asked.
"Just a little something for the birthday girl." Alex smiled. Alice gave him a small smirk and then slowly opened the small round box. It was a music box, there was a small dancer in it, it played a song that had been interesting to Alice, she thought she had heard it before, it sounded so familiar. Alice had found a necklace in it. Alex grabbed the necklace, it had been a big moon stone in the middle of it. Alex placed the necklace around Alice's neck.
"It was my moms. My dad gave it to me, the box too. I know how much she cared for you. As if you were the daughter she never had." Alex smiled at the necklace.
"Thanks." Alice smiled and hugged Alex. "We better get going." Alice said, Alex nodded. The two got On the motorcycle and drove off. Alice had listened to the music box the whole way, she suddenly heard a small whisper, "wake up to hear our song."
"Did you say something?!" Alice asked Alex.
"No, why?" Alex asked.
"Nothing, never mind." Alice walked to her locker and grabbed her books.
