Alice had woken up in a hospital, she had been hooked up to a life support. She didn't know where she was, the hospital didn't look like the one near her home. Alice slowly started to look around the room, she found that there was a window to her right, some flowers on a table to her left, and a woman in a chair next to her bed. The woman was asleep, Alice didn't recognize her, she seemed to look like her mother, but not completely the same. The woman began to wake up, she found that Alice had been staring at her. The woman quickly got up and shouted out of the room, "She's awake!! She's finally awake!!" Some nurses and other people had walked into the room.
"What's going on? Who are you people?" Alice was frightened, she didn't know this place, or these people. A doctor soon walked in and started to tell Alice what he thought she might have wanted to know.
"Alice?" The doctor said.
"Yes, that is my name but who are you?" Alice replied.
"I'm doctor Allistar, and Alice, you have been in a deep coma for 9 years." Just then Alice had stopped thinking, everything she ever knew was just a big dream, Alice had no real memories. Alice tried to stand, she had asked the doctor to help her stand up. She looked over to the counter near the small closet and found a music box. She asked the doctor to get her a wheel chair and bring her over to the counter. The doctor did just that and Alice picked up the music box. It had a small note on it,'wake up soon.' Alice put the note down and blew off some dust it had on it. She looked on the bottom, it had the same inscription, she winded the box and opened it, the song played, she found the necklace in it. She was confused, if she was in a coma, how was the music box and necklace, that Alex gave her, real? Alice placed the box in her lap and put the necklace on.
"Where did this box come from?" Alice asked. Everyone stared at Alice in silence, but then someone shoved through the small crowd.
"Me." A voice called out. It was a boy who looked much like Alex, a boy who looked almost exactly like Alex, but was it him?
