My name is Zenon. I am 16 years old boy with a very serious problem with society. The people are just plain stupid. We are not only overpowered by each other, we dragged ourselves to the lowest level, where we are ruled by pieces of paper. What the hell, people. I am 5 feet and 8 inches tall. I have long, black, kind of spiky hair that reach up to my eyebrows.
Anyways, today is the beginning of a new school year. I can't wait to finally start my school life over, by making contact with no one and being alone. However, with all the people going to the same school and sharing the same space, it won't be so easy. But, if it was so easy, I wouldn't be dealing with all this stress and hatred for humanity right now.
I woke up one morning, as the birds chirped. I woke up with terrible bed-hair as usual. I looked at the clock next to my bed, on the drawers.
"8:00! Oh, crap. I'm late for school!"
I jump out of my bed and run to the closet. I grab my ugly school uniform and quickly change into them. Ugh, school uniforms... Who in the world likes these black pants, white shirts, and vests, along with a red tie? I hate myself so much right now. I run to the kitchen, after throwing my pajamas onto my bed. I grab 2 slices of bread and jam (heh heh, see what I did there) them into the toaster. I push down on the button and run to the bathroom to fix my hair. Unfortunately for me, it always take quite a while to do it. Stupid hair. After "fixing" it, I grab my backpack and bolt out the door. Oops, forgot the toast. I grab them but only to realize that the toaster wasn't plugged in. Why me? Screw it, cold bread it is.Im running down the street, faster than I would ever run in my entire P.E. career. I pass the paper boy, as he is greeted by my neighbor. Grandmas are too nice to youth these days. Im late for school, who cares about that topic right now! Im almost halfway down the block when suddenly I hear, "Look out!"
I look back to see the bike rolling down the hill, like a rock does in an avalanche. I look up ahead at the intersection and directly perpendicular to where I am at, I see a girl who may go to the same school as me, judging from her uniform, just walking. She doesn't hear the yells because of earphones! Great job, Banana, Watermelon, whatever phone company. I know I should do something, so instinctively I sprint. I'm running downhill, so I'm going at what feels like a 100 miles per hour. I don't know what the hell I am doing, when suddenly I lunge at her and push her away from the direction that the bike is falling towards. With no time to react, she falls to the ground. Really hard. I take a quick glance at what seems to be blue underwear under her skirt, as she fell. Oh thank the gods for that one. I quickly get back up, only to feel a hard, bone-crushing pain on my back. I fall to the floor, only to see red liquid near me. Is that my blood? I see the bike crash next to me, as I black out.
