- taehyung -

taehyung - how's everything going?

taehyung - jin said you had a hard time going back today

minduelle - earlier today, he apologized to me

taehyung - jin? for what?

minduelle - no, my dad. for hurting me

taehyung - pathetic

minduelle - he was on his knees in front of me and hugging me and crying and begging for my forgiveness

taehyung - what did you do? did you say anything?

minduelle - i told him i forgive him

taehyung - min, you know you can't do that

minduelle - he sounded like,, my dad before my mom died

taehyung - min, it's not right. he doesn't to get to hurt you so much and then apologize and then continue to make the same mistakes/still hurt you

minduelle - taehyung, i'm tired. i don't want to debate this with you

taehyung - min, you're going to have to. you need to start setting boundaries with him. if he apologies, you say that he can't ever do something like that again. you don't appreciate being treated the way he treats you

minduelle - goodnight, taehyung

taehyung - min

taehyung - come on

taehyung - keep talking to me at least

taehyung - alright, goodnight

"No Minduelle?" Jungkook asked with a sad face, taking the last seat at the deep booth in their favorite bakery, Hazelnut.

"She's really busy today." Jin shook his head. "Eight hours of lessons, a consultation with a new client, spending time with her grandmother and doing meal preps for her, and then she's cleaning the house."

"Damn." Namjoon mumbled under his breath, Yoongi slowly pushing a spoon in a circle.

"I thought she was helping you record your song tonight?" Taehyung frowned, looking over at his hyung.

"Yeah, around midnight." Jin nodded, several of the others frowning. "It's crunch week, and she suggested it."

"Why didn't she spend the night last night?" Jimin asked innocently, usually out of the loop with Minduelle and her father's situation. "I thought she'd be staying for a while."

"She thought her father would kick her out for real if she was gone any longer." Jin explained with as minimal details as possible, knowing Minduelle's situation always took a toll on Jimin. "When I left last night she seemed to be decent. I haven't talked to her since though."

Jimin pulled out his phone immediately and typed away, finished five minutes later.

"So, I've been thinking," Hoseok cleared his throat, slowly stirring his coffee, bringing up a new topic after the silence. "I think we should invite Minduelle on tour with us."

Jungkook's body perked up immediately, eyes wide. "I agree! Why not!"

Yoongi tilted his head towards Hoseok, eyes suspicious. "Why?"

"I think..." Hoseok sighed softly. "I think we need her."

Jin's eyes unfocused as he went deep in thought, thinking about how helpless he's been feeling with his voice and how quickly Minduelle helped him gain some confidence back. She was so kind and always so willing to help. Having her on tour, giving him something to look forward to after concerts and someone to lean on if he was feeling down... god that would be amazing.
