Minho chuckled looking at the last line. He internally thanked his secret admirer. He was about to put it in his diary when something caught his eye.

'Congratulations once again'?

Maybe they just wished him through the crowd or maybe at the after-party.

....

Minho was sad he couldn't see Han today.

He threw the bag on the floor and lay on the couch.

Yesterday's match and the after-party had taken everything in him and now he was just sore bones with aching muscles.

Hyunjin sat beside him.

"Wanna go somewhere? Just the two of us maybe a long drive?"

"That sounds like a great idea," Minho replied, a spark of excitement igniting within him. "Where should we go?"

Hyunjin grinned mischievously,. "Let's go to the riverside," he suggested. "I heard it's absolutely breathtaking this time of year."

They hopped into Minho's car, a Mercedes-Benz AMG GT R Coupe that had seen its fair share of adventures. They shared an interest in cars and somehow that contributed to them being the strong roommate duo they had been for almost 3 years.

The sun began its descent, casting a warm golden glow upon the landscape as if nature itself was putting on a show just for them.

Eventually, they arrived at the riverside, greeted by the gentle lapping of water against the banks.

Hyunjin and Minho strolled along the riverside, eventually sitting down at the clear view of the sunset.

"You really like Han don't you?" Hyunjin said letting his hand slide against the grass, leaning back, letting the warmth of the departing sun hit his skin.

Minho looked at the flowing river as a soft smile appeared on his lips, he looked up looking at the sky fading away into the darkness.

"Like the stars feel around the moon, that's what I feel about Han" Minho's voice held so much admiration for the younger.

"It's almost been a semester since that day, hasn't it" Hyunjin smiled tilting his head.

"I'm so glad you have found felix, you look so much happier now" Minho patted Hyunjin's knee.

"You and Han would look good together though," Hyunjin said in a much more teasing tone than he had intended but this contemplation was broken when Minho's smile fell.

"Hyunjin I have tried so much I feel like giving up sometimes" Minho pulled at the grass beneath him.

"Hey man, things have been going great for you lately what are you talking about?" Hyunjin said immediately ditting up and grabbing Minho's shoulder.

"I said feel like jin, never would I actually give up on Han. Since that day I have made a promise to myself that I would never let anything happen to him and maybe just maybe be the source of his happiness someday" Minho smiled as images of yesterday han passing him a water bottle passed through his mind.

Hyunjin just smiled and patted his back.

"Arghh" Minho yelled, and Hyunjin looked at him with wide eyes.

"Yah what?" Hyunjin said already preparing to run as Minho glared at him.

"I'm still sore and so are you, let me pat your bac-" Before Minho had the chance to pounce on him, Hyunjin had already taken the chance to run.

Minho got up running after him.

With air filling up with their laughter and hyunjin's shouts for cry the day had peacefully ended up for them.
