The Legacy of Dark and Pain

Chapter 1

Rise of Bane (Part 1) 

At the Royal Hotel, we still see Antoino studying more videos of the New Dark Knight that Bird was able to give him. He wasn't wearing his Bane attire at this time. Instead, he wore a white workout shirt, black sweatpants, and no shoes at this time. 

Antonio needed to figure out who is the new Bat-King of Gotham. He already knows who was the old Batman due to what his mother and grandfather told him during his youth where he is now. However, he didn't know who was underneath the mask of this new bat flying around. He could tell that the new bat was learning to fight against the superpower beings on the fly and field but was having some form of training from the first Bat. 

"Bird, have my gear ready," Antonio commanded, getting up and soon saw Bird who wearing a purple rope already had the gear ready for him. 

"Already done. Also, it seems our assassin guest is gathering information by your request," Bird informed, handing the mask of Bane to the young man and allowing him to walk to the changing room to get ready. 

"Good...I know she will be a great ally and shadow to our cause against the Bat & our enemies," Antonio said, putting on his mask and changing his attire to his true self. 

"Indeed. However, I do wonder how you going to figure out who's the new Bat is. Even if you already know who is the First Batman," Bird said, crossing her arms before walking over to feed her pet birds. 

"I would follow the trail and understand who is working for the First Bat. The New Bat fights like a young man, learning on the field, and has a spirit yet similar to his mentor. A great tragedy forms the Dark Knight after all," Bane explained as he stepped out of the changing room and showed his appearance.  

Bird hummed on that and said, "This is Gotham... tragedy comes in different shapes & forms it seems." 

"That they do but search for anyone that lost a parent or two in a year or two. And some less attention on schooling but able to stay above to pass those said classes," Bane informed, having an idea to start the search and know his teacher would figure things out down the line. 

Bird nodded her head and started searching for possible leads of someone who lost a loved one, having a few popping up on her screen data, and hummed in thought. 

"Narrow it down from someone who used to work in a corrupt place. Such as Wayne-Powers, try that," Bane hummed in thought, having his mind thinking of a possibility for the new Dark Knight. 

"Hmm, I have one - Warren McGinnis, who died by the clowns in a break-in and left behind a former wife & two sons," Bird said, showing the news data to Bane. 

Bane nodded his head and said, "Check his background and schooling. He just might be the Dark Knight." 

"Already done," Bird said, handing her lover the information on Terry McGinnis. 

Bane hummed and read the information, seeing how it was just how he put together who the new Bat was. A young man with fire and spirit yet learning on the field while getting lessons from the first Batman. The grades were right on track to avoid too much attention and on track with a few things, yet one thing he discovered was interesting. Terry was working for Bruce Wayne and made the masked man smile underneath his mask. 

"Good...soon Terry, you should understand the true meaning of pain and that Gotham is my kingdom by birthright. Soon, the new Batman will understand that," Bane thought as he started to put together his plans of spying on the Neo Bat more and breaking him with his own hands.
