We see the city was infamously known as the City of Sin back in the day and worse now in the future despite what the media or police say. NGPD won't help and a good number of them were in the deep pockets of several businessmen who were corrupted and everyone didn't feel safe on the streets of the city.
It wasn't always like this. Some of the old generation can remember there was a time when Gotham was a safe place to breathe and all thanks to a certain Dark Knight doing that. Not the police, justice systems, or politics but Batman who changed things for better and worse.
Now, of course, rumors were spinning of a new Dark Knight or the old one has returned, sparking fear in some people and hope that things can change again. Of course, most don't see that way and would do anything to clip the bat's wings forever if they must.
We see the Royal Hotel, which was one of the oldest yet is now the most tallest and beautiful hotel that only a few nowadays can go to. At the penthouse section, which was brought out by a very top businessman from South America no one was questioning. The said penthouse section was big and had a nice style design fitting for royals it seemed yet good comfort. In the living room, we see someone watching several TV screens playing and showing recordings of someone in action.
That someone on those screens who a pure black suit with pointed ears - a cowl with a black mask had white narrowed eyes, a silver utility belt around his waist, and sharp talons on his hands. He had a red bat symbol on his chest and had folded-up wings when needed to fly in the sky.
This was Batman, the Knight of Tomorrow, and the new Dark Knight rising.
The said person watching the recordings of the new Dark Knight, was a tall young man in his late teens or twenty at the dot, being around the height of 6'5 close to 7 feet tall. His body was that of a pure Oylpmian athlete and he could break skulls with his bare hands if he wanted to. His skin was a bit darker and showed have Hispanic background. He had dark-colored hair with red streaks at the end of it and his hair length was long with the back hitting his back while the front had a few bangs & each side of him had two longer ones. His eyes were yellow or golden colored, that showed fire and strength from his years of training. He had a few black tattoos that could be barely seen due to the clothes and had a few battle scars one of which was by his left eye.
His attire was a black shirt that had the buttons loose to show his musical chest a little, red button-up jacket over his chest while this long black furred cape with golden designs over them, red pants that were held up by a brown belt, and black military boots. Overall, he looked like a mature military man, wrestler, or businessman who worked out a lot.

This was Antonio Knight, a famous MMA Fighter from South America and part-time wrestler booker. Behind closed doors, he does a lot more than that and is studying his new opponent.
Antonio had bigger plans than fighting in the ring and such but far different and been studying the new Dark Knight of late. He was very captured and didn't pay attention to someone coming into the penthouse as he already knew who was in the room.
