A MONTH WITH A STRANGER

OUR HAPPY EVER AFTER

"Hi! I'm glad you make it. I'm so happy you two are here." Joannah said kissing me and Anne on cheeks.

"Thank you for inviting us. It's our pleasure that we came here in this fabulous party." Anne said while giving back a kiss on the cheeks.

"By the way, I want you to meet someone. He's my brother and he's single." Joannah said giggling.

"Sure. We're glad to meet him to." I said smiling. She's so infectious that it makes me and Anne giggle too.

She calls out to a guy behind us. For sure it's her great bestfriend in which she can't stop talking about. She even mention that we have a lot in common. I wonder who this man is.

"Hi girls!" a voice in my back said.

I stiff recognizing the voice. It can't be. I'm really not mistaken. I'm sure I know that voice.

I slowly turn, and guess what??

It's him. My handsome stranger. It's Mark. We meet again.

"He..he..hello.." i said stutterring, not quite sure how to talk to him.

"We meet again." He said while smilling from ear to ear.

"Yes we do." I said. We stared at each other for a long time. There's a longing and happiness in his eyes seeing me.

We were interupted with our trance when Anne Spoke up.

"So you both know each other?" Anne asked as she eyed as two.

We look up at each other and nod.

"Awesome! I'll leave you two to catch up. C'mon Anne, let's get some drink." Joannah said grinning from ear to ear while tugging her far away from us.

It's too awkward to be with him. Even though the music was too loud I could still hear my heart beating so fast.

With one swift move, he hug me tightly and kiss me like there was no tomorrow.

I responded to the kiss knowing that I'm longing to do it before.

And from that moment on, I know that we could spend our ever after together.
