Angelica's smile had only grown wider and wider as she watched through the stream. Mark and Tracie were making fun of her the entire time, but she could barely even hear them over the sound of Brady's voice.
"She got me smiling 'n shit," Brady admitted, crossing his arms with his head down. Mark and Asher groaned playfully, but eventually stopped and looked at him with a mix between an amused and kind of grossed out expression.
Angelica's smile eventually broke through, and her teeth were gritted together, and she could feel the cold air in her mouth.
"God damn, you are both down bad." Tracie commented, before Angelica whacked her arm with hard force, and returning her focus back to the phone, where she watched a few seconds of them playing a battle royale, and then paused the video and handed Mark his phone back.
"So, how'd that feel?" Mark asked her, grabbing his bag and pulling out homework from the day.
"I dunno," She shrugged, doing the same thing as Mark. "I mean, he's really ho- I mean cute, but don't you think it's all moving a little fast? I mean, it's only been a few weeks."
Tracie and Mark looked at each other, as she did make a fair point, but they didn't know what to say.
"I guess," Tracie told her, throwing a pencil at Mark that he was gesturing towards. "But you're both kinda into each other, right?"
Angelica's face immediately reddened. "Yes- no- maybe? I don't know,"
"Ange, it's fine. But don't try and just push him away, cause guys do not like that." Tracie told her, writing something down in her notebook and slamming it shut.
"Yep." She said, unconvinced, and closing her eyes.
