It's a whole new feeling
When you fail a stranger
You're heart quickly attaches
But your mind lets them go
They seem out of reach
No matter the boundary
And you realize
How stupid it seems
But all I wanted
Was to finally help
I wanted to be a pure heroine
Not just the one that cried
So add this to the list
Of things I can't do
Can't even save a life
Not even yours
