Robin Meets swan
I stopped waiting in the front yards,
Stopped watching Disney movies,
no longer in my cards.
'Cause I can't stop fantasizing,
'Bout the time I'll be flying,
With my version of Prince Charming.
Till the robin meets the swan,
And their fate intertwined, drawn.
They all can run,
But you're my sun.
Oh, now that we've met, our lives have brightened up,
Found a new reason to wake up.
Curse the fates for delaying,
Our long-awaited meeting,
I stopped reading fantasy books,
Stopped listening to classical music's hooks.
Can't stop fantasizing,
'Bout the time we'll be running,
Away from stereotypes, not just funning.
Till the robin meets the swan,
And their fate intertwined, drawn.
They all can run,
But you're the one.
Oh, now that we've met, our lives have brightened up,
Found a new reason to wake up.

I fear I'll wake up from dreaming,
And find myself just crying, it's seeming.
