After sometime at the fete, Aditi and Urvi and Shruti were feeling tired, so Abhinav and I decided to take them back home.
I was driving the car, while Aditi was sitting at the passenger seat.
Everyone was really silent.
The songs playing on the radio were also on very low volume. And I was not liking this silence.
"Aditi, can you open the map?" I said looking at the road
"Dhruv you know the directions back home!!" she exclaimed
"Yeah but, still check no" I said shifting the gear
"It's Straight, then left from the circle"
"Aditi!!!"
"What Dhruv?"
"Aditi Mujhe kuch dikh nahi raha hai" I said driving
"What do you mean tumhe kuch dikh nahi raha hai?" she jerked up and panicked and asked
"Mujhe tumhare pyaar mai tumhare siwaaye kuch dikh nahi raha hai" I exclaimed looking at her.
Although it was all a lie, but it will make our relationship more believable and it brought a smile on everyone's face, so it was a win-win.
I know they were not sad, just tired, but that silence was killing me.
I don't know what happened after I fell unconscious, but when I gained consciousness, I was laying on the back seat of a car, where Kabir and Nishi took care of me, so it was obvious they were the ones who saved me, when I got some more strength after fresh air from the windows filled my lungs, and I gulped down some water, I straightened up, to notice Sambhav in the front passenger seat
"Feeling better?" he said turning towards me.
I nodded.
And then Shaurya took one of the sharpest turn which almost made me jerked, in what hurry was he to get home.
When we got home, everyone was accessing me as if they didn't expect me to be in one piece.
I hated the fact of being treated like I was so fragile, at least not by the people who know I was not.
