***The next day***
I wake Noah up
"Hey Noah today Mia will take you to kindergarten because I'm going to leave but I'll pick you up from kindergarten later okay" I say to a tired Noah
"Okay, can I sleep some more" he asks
"Yes you can" I say and go out of his room and get ready and make breakfast for me and Noah
I'm eating my breakfast because me and vanessa are going to the police station before school and report the guy who drugged me and tried to rape me
There is a knock on the door and I open the door and Vanessa and Mia are there
"Come in girls and thank you Mia for being able to watch him and take him to kindergarten" I say
"It doesn't matter, it's just good that you report him" says Mia
"And I found out his name from the guy who helped us. The guy who Drugged you is called Tobias ../last name/.." Vanessa says
Before I can answer, Noah runs to us
"Aunt mia, aunt vanessa hi" he says happily
"Hello, good morning. Shall we go and gey you some breakfast now" Mia says to Noah
"Okay" Noah says
"But first Noah, me and Vanessa are going now. so you can say goodbye to me" I say
Noah goes to me and I pick him up and we hug
"Bye mom" says Noah
"Bye dear" I say and he kisses his head and let him down and Mia and Noah go to the kitchen and I put on my jacket and shoes and we go to the police station
**at the police station**
We enter the station and I take three deep breaths and We enter the station
A woman sits at the reception who looks up at us as we walk up
"Hello, I would like to report attempted rape and begin drugde," I say
"Okay, an officer will come soon, you can go and sit down" she says and we go and sit down
**18 minutes later**
"I would never have accepted the drink from him-* I say but Vanessa cuts me off
"It's so wrong what he did or tried to do, you couldn't know that. And he's sick in the head don't let anyone say otherwise"
A policeman came up to us "you wanted to make a report" he says and we nod
"Come with me" he says and we enter a corridor with rooms and we enter a room with a large window through which you can see a table and two chairs
"if your friend is not going to report anything, she has to stay in here " he says
"I'm a witness" says Vanessa
"Okay my colleague can interrogate you later" he says and I and he enters the room
We sit in the chairs
"All interrogations are recorded" he says
"Okay" I say and he taps a button on the table
"here is *police info* at 7:23 report of attempted rape and drugged whitout consent* he says
"What is your name and surname" he asks
"Alice Wilson I am 21 years old" I say
"You are free to start when you want," he says
I take a deep breath
"Me and my friend Vanessa went to a party the day before and there we had a few drinks and we danced then we went to where the alcohol was and there we met Tobias /last name/ he is a friend in my ex's friend's group and my my friend went and greeted some other people and then he offered me a drink and I accepted it and I drank it and then after a while I started to feel bad and I went out to a choiridor and I got very dizzy and then he came up behind me and he grabs me and pulls me into a room and I scream and he pins me to a wall and he hold for my mouth and when I try to hit him he hold up my arms I tried to scream and I felt like I was going to faint and he threw me on a bed and I remember screaming for help before everything went black. and the rest of the story my friend and the other witness can tell me I was unconscious until I woke up in the hospital" I say
"You can call the hospital to get a report showing the drug and stuff if you need more proof" I say
"Okay, thanks for reporting and I'll ask your friend and the other witness later and we'll talk later" he says and ends the recording and we go out of the room to Vanessa sitting in a chair and she's crying
"I heard what he did. I'm so sorry" she says with tears running down her cheeks and she walks over and hugs me
"It's okay that you found me in time and it's thanks to you that he didn't rape me" I say And wipes her tears
"i can interrogate you now if you come with me" the cop says and vanessa and he goes into the interrogation room and i go to college
