Jealousy and the return of an ex

After going to graceland only to be faced with no sign of little rock, all of us were more depressed and upset about that fact. We continue on the road and find the beast making a new sign that just possibly we would find little rock at this place called the hound dog hotel. We walk in, Wichita goes to search for her sister while the boys mess with Elvis's things and I just wait for them to hurry up. Tallahassee walks to a piano and plays never been to Spain, while I scope out the rest of the place with Columbus, after hearing Tallahassee shouting in pain I make my way to him and point my gun at a lady while the others come too, "anyone else with you?!" She asks making us all say no. I put away my gun and look away from her and spot a familiar man who approaches and points at me saying"I know you!" I look at him for a split second before realising who it was and reply to him sarcastically "yea hi Jay."he chuckles and smiles "still salty I see" I roll my eyes at his comment before paying attention to the others who had asked about little rock, getting answer on her whereabouts.
After a bit I sit at the bar with Tallahassee while he rambles about Elvis Presley to Nevada who is serving us some drinks, I feel a tinge of jealousy when they start flirting with eachother, I skull my drink before walking away from the two to go get some proper shut eye only to be interrupted by Jay "good to see a familiar face that hasn't been eaten alive" I scoff at his comment "what do you want Jay" "another chance with the love of my life" "not happening." "Why? Because you love the cowboy? News flash he don't love you" I scowl at him before going to a bedroom 'asshole.. but he's right...' I sigh and look at Jay who's standing outside of the doorway "fine one chance though."
He smiles at what I said before coming over to me "thanks h-" I quickly cut him off "the names Dayton now" he nods in understanding before sitting on the bed with me "you got it Dayton"
