Chapter 3

HarleyP.O.V

"I-I'm Harley miss..." I said shyly and feeling a little scared too. Who was she ? I see her sighing of relief and approaching me with a smile.

"Sorry I though you were an intruder !" She said bowing down as an apology. "I'm shion, lord Rimuru secretary." She said with a proud smile.

I giggle slightly and smiled back at her with a slight chuckle. She looked as clumsy as me or maybe more but I will be honest she's really beautiful too.

"No need to bow down don't worry." I whisper a bit embarrassed, she look at me confuse before getting back up. "You shouls probably eat something." She said looking at my body. "I can see your bones..." She looked a little worried but I quickly told her that everything was fine.

"Don't worry I'm not hungry." I tried to brush my hunger off but my stoamch was hurting and begging me to eat something or that I would lose my mind.

I still tried not to may much attention, well before Rimuru enter the room and take one of my hand in their.

"Shion's right, you do need to eat." He sais firmly, I know that he won't take no for an aswer so I don't try to protest.

He sot me at a table and I look around a little surprise, why was all the room so big ? I mean they do call him 'lord Rimuru' so that must be why.

He ask me to wait here the time that he get the food and that's what I did, I wait here.

Trying to run away wouldn't serve at anything plus I didn't wanted to make him mad at me so that je would abandon me...I know way too well what happen when you don't act like someone want you to act...

I look at myself for a moment, it's true that all my scars were completely gone now... I've always though I looked hideous with or without them but now...something is starting to change inside me...

I'm just, so use to being treated like garbagd that actually belng treated kindly like that feel so strange...it's so weird...

I could feel my eyes tearing up a little at that though, that one though...

Does they really care about me ?

I felt someone coming back on the room and quickly whipe my tears away. Ban really was right when he said I was a crybaby I guess...that's funny, right..?

I look at the food Rimuru was holding, it's looked delicious, hope it's not like the captain food though-

I chuckle slightly at my own comment which make Rimuru confuse so I explained to him everything about the captain and all. He laugh slightly and told me that Shion food waw way worse and when he explained me why I was grateful to not have her food to eat right now.

He put the dish in front of me and sit next to me eating his own food. I hesitate a moment, was it really alright ?

I took the fork and took a little bite of the food. It was so delicious ! I couldn't believe it, it was almost at Ban's level !

I couldn't help myself but continue to eat, my stomach wasn't hurting much anymore feeling happy to finally have good food. I could see Rimuru sometimes glancing at me with a slight smile.

"Want me to make you visit the town ?" He asked, I nod directly, I'm so curious to know what it looks like !!

He chuckle and look at me directly in the eyes, I look at him a little confuse as he has a playful expression on his face. I wonder what they are thinking about.

Rimuru P.O.V

I had ask Harley if she wanted to go visit the village and she directly accepted without any hesitation. God the light in her eyes was just so adorable I can't-

I couldn't help myself but stare at her, have I meet such a beautiful girl before ? I don't think that I have honestly.

When we finish eating our food we went out of 'my house' and to the village. I couldn't help but notice small details in her like sometime when she's embarrassed she hide her face in her hands or her hair.

That she always try to keep a cheerful expression, that she's easily curious and embarrassed, that when she meet new people she take at least 7 seconds before finally speaking or just answer them.

Small details like that, I could feel my cheeks heat up sometime and couldn't help but caress her hair softly. We may have the same size but sometime it felt as if I was taller then her.

And god her smile...

How can someone smile be this bright ?

It's to ask if it's a real one or not.

We were about to go back to my office when I see her hugging me tightly.

"Thank you sir. Rimuru ! This was awesome !" She thanks me before hugging me even tighter. "I never though...I would meet people wo cared about me again..." But I guess I was proven wrong !" She look at the floor with teary eyes.

I pull her in a hug gently not wanting to hurt her in any way possible. I stroke her hair genlty feeling her fluffy hair around my fingers. I make her look at me and smiled.

"I truly care, everyone here cares and we are readu to show it to you !" I saw her looking at me crying and I pull her in another hug, letting her cry on my shoulder.

"Thankyouthankyousomuchforeverything!!" She was speaking so fast I couldn't keep up with her but I could hear her thanks at least.

"Of course we are here for you..."
