Chapter 4

BTW the gacha ocs here are made by me ! The one with blue hair is Rimuru and the girl is Harley ^•^

Rimuru P.O.V

Today was a day like the other, well a little at least. It will be almost a few days now since Harley join the village and she was a real good help ! She mostly help Shuna with the cloths but also sometimes help Shion, or even Hakuro (I think that's his name) to find Gobuta when he's trying to hide from training.

I couldn't help but feel something warm inside me everytime I would see her, she was just so beautiful and kind. And today I wanted to ask her something quite personal. I've notice some scars on her wrist and legs and wanted to ask her how did she got them.

And I won't even start with the eyes bag...it's like she hadn't slept in months ! That worries me a lot honestly...

I went out of my room seeing that she wasn't there. I quickly put something to wear to not stay in my pyjamas and went out of my 'house' to go see in town.

I was glad she was getting along witj everyone. I wouldn't understand if she wouldn't though. I mean, who wouldn't get along with her ? It's like every time she pass somewhere the people that were once sad become happy !

When I finally found her I see that she was wearing the same outfit as when she first end up here. That outfit did look good on her I won't denialed it.
I look at her arms and saw some bandages on them, I got a little sad about it knowing that ot was scars that she was hiding.

I went to her and told her that I needed to talk to her about something. She nodded and follow me, I couldn't help but hold her hand to make her understand that I won't shout at her or something when I saw that she was being nervous.

When we arrived at a place where we could be alone and I took a deep breath before asking.

"Hey, I really don't wanna sound mean but...how did you get those scars..?" I said pointing at them. She froze and look at me shocked as if she didn't except this.

"You...you actually...actually noticed them ?" She asked confuse and surprise. I nodded and she look at her wrists.
"It's not much of a big deal though.." She said trying to hide her sad tone but I could still hear it.

I went over to her and put a reassuring hand on her shoulder with a smile on my face.

"It's alright of you won't want to tell me." I told her as reassuring as I could. She look at me a moment before looking at the floor.

"You deserve to know...after all you're the one that helped me..." She took a deep breath and look at me shaking a little.
"The human solds me as a slave for years... Because they though that I had killed someone which I didn't..." She said looking at the ground with teary eyes. "My punishement would be to be beat up or watch one of my people die...I'm the fairy queen...I don't deserve that tittle anymore though...I lost it a long time ago.."

She was know completely crying, I tried to say something but she continue to talk.

"They took everything away from me ! Ly sacred treasor, my forest, my people, my friends, my family, my best friend, absolutely everything ! I could never forgive them for destroying my life like that !!" She was shaking and crying now, I felt bad for making her telling me everything, but now I know at least that I need to make her understand that not all humans are like that.

I saw her breaking down in front of me before hugging me tightly. I'm glad that she knows that I'm not a human and that I'm a slime, I may have been a human in my past life but now that I'm not I'm quite happy about it.

I start rubbing circles on her back while stroking her hair with my other hand. She was calming down little by little before fully calming down after a while.

"Sorry I let myself go...it won't happen again I promise..." She said in a embarrassed and sad tone at the same time. I chuckle slightly and continue to stroke her hair.

"No need to apologies it's fine to show your feelings too !" I told her with a smile on my face. "Beside I would never judge you for anything Harley." I finished as I caress her cheek softly.

Harley P.O.V

As he gently caress my cheek, I could feel them heat up at the sudden gentle touch, he was one of the only people that would touch me so gently. When was the last time I had been touched like that ? I don't remember it myself...

As I listen to him trying to reassure me, I couldn't help the tears coming out of my eyes. Why was he so kind when we were still kinda strangers ? Why !? I don't understand why...and I hate it when I don't understand why...

"That's itw let it all out, you deserve to let all your feelings out." That was enough for me and I burry my face in his nexk crying my eyes out. I couldn't help it anymore. It just came out alone like that.

He continue to stroke gently my hair and rubbing circles on my back. It felt nice actually...I don't mind it. His touch was gentle and nice and it actually help me calm down little by little.

After I had cried everything I could I couldn't help but feel tired after that. What time is it ? I look at the sky and see that the sun was going down so it will be almost night. Rimuru noticed too and he smiled at me as he pull me in a hug whispering something in my ear gently.

"If you need anything just ask me, alright ? I'll wait for you in bed." He whisper so that only I could hear him before leaving. I couldn't help but blush at it.

I really needed time to get use to the sudden 'affection' he was giving me...

I took deep breath and went to Rimuru's 'house' and went to the bedroom, and as he had told me he was ineeded waiting for me. I blush a little at the gesture and went to the closet to put on a pair of shorts with somz white socks and a cyan t-shirt.

I then went to lay down next to Rimuru and hold him tightly around me. I could feel his body heat up a little at itw it's always like that and it's actually cute to see. He's embarrassed like that with every woman after all. I mean I am too, I'm embarrassed with eceryone so yeah-

"Goodnight messire Rimuru-sama..." I whisper before closing my eyes and letting myself fall asleep, but before I fall asleep I could hear them say "goodnight" to me too and that actually make me smiled.
