They got called over to babysit Mayday
Her father and Miguel have some super top secret mission or some bullshit so they'll be gone for two days
Not like Saiki really cares, It's just babysitting a little kid for not even 48 hours also because he's not the only one doing it
Hobie, Saiki, AND Pav all got called to babysit the kid, is she really that hard to handle? It's not like he's inexperienced, Yuta clings to him all the time so he's used to annoying kids
Mayday has just been staring at Saiki since they got there. Her eyes were sparkling, her eyebrows raised to show her excitement and giving a large open mouth smile
Why is she so happy to see him?
"Make sure you feed her exactly at 2:00 or she'll be cranky for the rest of the day. Oh! And her bubble bath time at 5:30, you have to warm up her towel in the dryer or else she will refuse to get out!"
Her (very) anxious father instructs them while pacing back and forth, trying to calm himself down, doing a terrible job at it anyway but whatever
"Yeah! We'll make sure to take care of her!" Said Pav
'Seriously? I just want to go home. What a pain.'
Her father was basically crying crocodile tears of joy, happy to have Pav in the moment. But even so he doesn't seem like the responsible type so he really hopes Saiki will be the main one taking care of-
'Absolutely not.'
"Now, daddy loves you very much and he'll see you soon ok Pumpkin?" Peter says while leaning down, squishing his daughter's cheeks, putting his forehead on top of hers. He keeps his eyes closed and starts placing soft kisses on her face earning happy giggles in return
Miguel was just standing over him. Watching. He looks like he was reminiscing something. His eyes showed disappointment, sadness, and guilt. For some reason though, there was no thoughts in his mind. It was weird but Saiki brushed it off. As much as he can be nosey (even though he doesn't like to admit it) he couldn't find it in himself to care enough about Miguel's weird state
Peter ends it, kissing his daughters nose. Mayday smiles and claps her hands to show her satisfaction
"..We have to leave. Now." Miguel the joy killer said
"Byyye!!" Pav said. Saiki just blankly stared with a straight face. Hobie just said peace with Mayday in his hands who looks confused but quickly gets distracted and starts playing with Hobie jacket
"Im never going back! The past is in the paaaasst~! Let it go! Let it go! And I'll rise like the break of dawn!!"
'Why am I even here?' Saiki thinks, zoning out while staring at the roof with his mouth open, drool coming out
In short he looks like a dead fish
Pav looks over at Saiki and laughs, finding his dying expression funny
He stops suddenly to look at the time "Oh crap! It's time for your bath Maymay!"
'Finally we're doing something else. We've been re-watching Frozen for more than 4 hours' yup, this is definitely draining Saiki's life span. Fuck the damn spider that bit him
'She's such an I-pad baby' Saiki thinks with a mental eye roll. Now their watching Bluey during bath time or else Mayday would keep splashing him with water.
He poured shampoo on his hand and starts massaging it into her soft curls. She plays with the small ducky covered in bubbles
Saiki grabs the shower head and carefully rinses her hair out 'What a pain' Saiki internally sighs
Now in her cute Spider-Man pjs she's sleeping in Saiki's arms while he sits and eats a snack
She cuddles up closer to his neck as he supports her with his arm, softly patting her back
Saiki leans back on the couch in the lounge room and rests, Mayday lying on his chest with her arms sore and out sleepy soundlessly
Saiki doses off ready to wake up from this 'nightmare'. Maybe he should watch something. I mean he's in a while different universe, he can finally watch something popular and not get spoilers!
He slowly succumbs to the need of sleep. Ready for the day to finally pass away

Pav passing by the dark lounge area, feeling a bad for pushing all the babysitting work onto Saiki
Hobie left because fuck them rules so he was no help
It was just him and Saiki
And he kinda ditched Saiki to go call his girlfriend instead
He then spots a passed out Saiki, chilling with Mayday who's resting on his chest while gripping loosely on his collar
Pav's eyes twinkle at the cuteness he's facing
He goes and grabs Mayday's blue and white flower patterned blanket, placing it on top of the two unconscious Spider-people
He smiles finding it to adorable to not take a picture
He ends up taking multiple
