Pragya, a gynecologist, comes across an injured girl Kiara who addresses her as mumma much to her surprise. When she's asked by Abhi to be her caretaker, she's shocked to see her portrait with baby Kiara.
Abhi could be seen busy getting ready for office talking on call.
"Papa."
"One minute beta, papa is on call."

The kid got sad so she clutched his hand and shook it.
"Papa!"
"Kiara, papa is on call, didn't I tell you? , you don't have school today I know, did you finish your homework ? Go do it then you can play with your toys"
Kiara looked down and walked out of the room and then stopped looking at the portrait on the wall.
K~see mumma, papa always does this, he's always busy, he always tells to do homework and then play sith toys but I don't want toys, I want papa, where did you go mumma?
She cried and ran to her room. An elderly couple (Anurag and Prerna) came to her.
"Kiara, why are you crying?"
K~I don't want to talk grandma
Pre~why? What did grandma do?
K~even you don't have time for me grandma
Pre~no, I do have time, that's why I came to you baby

The duo left, Kiara didn't say anything. They came back with the milkshake and cake. They began to have it.
An~what a yummy cake, chocolate, cream, jelly, altogether
Pr~milkshake is even much yummier, I don't think there would be any leftovers afterwards, as we both would finish it uo quickly
