"Are we there yet?" Your mom laughed "No sweetheart." Your dad grinned at you. "We'll be there in about 30 minutes. Okay, baby?"your dad says, looking back at you. Next second later everything went black.
A week later, you woke up in the hospital, and you tried to speak. Nothing would come out. You lay there for about 2 minutes before a nurse walked in, looking surprised at you. "Hey there, sweetheart, how do you feel?" [Where are my parents?] She noticed the look of the confusion on your face. "Sweetheart, what is the last thing you remember?" you start to think and remember driving in the car with mom and dad. You try to speak, your voice coming out soft and scratchy.
The nurse then got you a cup of water with a bendy straw. After drinking water, you then tell her about the car, and she proceeds to tell you that you had been in a car accident and that you have been in the coma for a week. You look at her. "Where are my parents?" She gets a look of sadness on her face. Sweetheart, your parents died in the car crash. Your heart felt like it had been ripped out of your chest. Your only family members are dead. You started crying and felt like you couldn't breathe. You blacked out.
You woke up and remember everything and look up to see a man and the same nurse. Checking your heart rate on the machine "You gave us quiet a scared the little miss, how do you feel?" You look at him. "Who are you?" He laughed a deep laugh. "I'm sorry, I'm your doctor, Mr. Lee." You shook your head. "My head hurts a bit." He writes something down. "That's normal after a panic attack." You look up at him confused "panic attack?" He looks at you. "A panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear that triggers severe physical reactions." You nod understanding what he meant.
"We are gonna hold you for 2 more days and then send you to the girl's orphanage. You don't have any major injuries, just a couple of little deep cuts that will heal guickly." You looked up shocked but gave up hope and went to sleep. 2 days later, you were in a cop card being transported to the girl's orphanage.
When you arrived, you met a woman named Mrs. Choi and another girl named Song yun. You looked at the officer talking with the woman, and she looked at you. "Hi hon. My name is Mrs. Choi, and this is Song yun. What's your name?" You look at the officer. He nodded his head, "My name is Y/n." "Nice to meet you, Y/n, come on inside so we can get you settled."
You follow the woman inside, trying to get used to all the new sents. Remembering Mrs.Choi and Song yuns. After walking for about 3 minutes, you make it to a small room with 2 beds Mrs. Choi turns around. "You will be staying here with song yun she is your roommate. She'll be informing you of all our rules and expectations here." Mrs. Choi leaves the room and shuts the door.
