Finding Freedom

New Start pt 1

Taehyung walked in and senced the tension. "Y/n, come watch a movie with me, please." You nodded, wanting to get away from the situation.

Namjoon POV

"What the hell she doesn't know what main things about herself or maits from what you told me. What else does she not know? " J-hope and Jin nod in agreement. Jin takes a deep breath. "We were gonna sit down and talk to her about adopting her so that hobi is her owner," putting air quotes around adopting and owner. Namjoon looked at them. "That's a good idea." they all look at eachother "Okay how are we gonna do it?"

Y/n POV

"Taehyung," he looks at you. "Yes?" You look at him again."Um... can you pick a movie?" He smiles."Of course, love, you know you can call us by our nick names, right?" You look at him,"like you can call me Tae or any of the others by their nick names."  You smile a bit "Okay thank you." After Tae picked a movie, it had been like 10 minutes when Jin said food was finished.

Tae stood up and stuck his hand out. You looked at him. "Come on, let's go eat." You look at his hand." Um, no, that's okay. I'll eat by myself, so I'm not bothering yall." Remembering Min-Jae always complaining when you attempted to eat with him. Tae looked at you with sadness in his eyes "love your not bothering us, please come eat with us." You notice his sent change to a burnt sent. "Okay, but I feel like I'm bothering yall, and I feel bad." He looked at you with a kinda disappointed look.

You took his hand, and he led you to the kitchen. He sits you between him and Namjoon. Everyone started grabbing food, so you decided to wait till everyone else grabbed food. You look down and start picking at your hands. You suddenly hear Jungkook clear his throat, so you look up to see him staring at you. "What did I say in the car, princess?" Your eyes widen at the nickname. "Sorry." Jin slightly glared at him "Honey eat your food."

You look at Jin, and then at your plate, it is full of food. You look back up at them and nod. "Thank you." They nod their heads and start talking to each other. Namjoon picked something off your plate "Here eat this." You look at him as he nudges it closer to your face. You open your mouth he fed you a peice of meat. Once you finished chewing, another one of the boys was feeding you. This is how the rest of the early dinner went.

Once everyone was finished eating and were just talking, you started cleaning up. "Y/n honey, what are you doing?" You look at Jin "Um well I was taught that females do the cleanup, so that's what I'm doing." All the guys looked at you shocked, "Hon. We don't do that here. Here, everyone helps." You look at Namjoon kinda shocked at what he said. "It's okay, really, I can -" You get cut off by all the guys getting up and start helping. Jimin took all the plates you had already collected.

Once the table was cleard, you grabbed a napkin, wet it with soap and water, and started wiping the table down. Feeling weird, you turn around to see Jin, J-hope, Namjoon, and Jimin. "Y/n, can we talk to you for a second?" You look at the table it being clean, you nod your head. "Yeah, no problem."

Once everyone sat down at the kitchen island, Jin took a deep breath. "Y/n, we wanted to talk about adopting you."  You look at jimin next to you and back to the 3 in front of you. "Huh?" They all look at you "Well the hybrid society is considered a lower life form, so as a hybrid, you have to have an owner so that people know where to bring you or who to call when your in trouble."

You blink processing what he told you. "Oh, so a human has to be the owner?"  "Yes" you smell the air, "So is J-hope is yalls owner?"  "Yes but the thing is we don't necessarily need to have an owner it's just so no one can buy us randomly." You stay quiet when Namjoon clears his throat. "We want to adopt you to keep you safe, okay?" You look at your hands. "Are yall sure yall want to adopt me? Won't the others be upset?" Namjoon, set his hand next to yours. "Honey, we enjoy your presence. No one will be upset." You take a shaky breath "Okay I accept." All the boys look relived. "Okay, we'll go tomorrow then." You smile as the 3 men started discussing.

Jimin grabbed your attention. "Can I please hug you? it's okay if you don't want to let me. I'm excited." You're a little hesitant "Yes you may." Jimin wrapped his arms around your waist and squeezeed a bit. After a while, you go to your room thinking about what yall just talked about. [What if Min-Jae owns me? Dose that mean they'll tell him where I am?] Your breathing picks up dramatically, and you start to feel lightheaded. You feel yourself hit the floor as everything goes black.

Yoongi POV

I was in my office when I smelt your sent becoming sour.  I stood up and was about to walk out when I heard a loud thump. I quickly started running up the stairs  being met by Jimin, his room being closest to yours. Jimin opens the door only for the two to see you on the floor. My alpha instincts kicking in, I picked you up off the floor. "Go call Jin." I slowly placed you on the bed. when Jin comes in, he checks your pulse and temperature. "It's the same as from the hospital she'll be okay in an hour or two. Jimin was at the door telling his mates it's okay that Jin and Yoongi were watching her and to give her space. Jin came out. "Jimin, go in there for when she wakes up. Her fellow Omega will help her.

Y/n POV

When you wake up, you feel really warm and some weight against your back. As you open your eyes, you see Yoongi sitting on the small sofa in your room. You smell strawberries and feel a pair of arms around your waist. Your breathing starts to pick up. "Babe, her breathing is picking up." Yoongi looks at you making eye contact. "It seems like someone is awake." Jimin leans, looking over you  at your face. "Hi baby." You relax a bit, but you're still uncomfortable.  "Can you back up a bit, please?" You close your eyes just in case he hits you for telling him what to do, but no, all you feel are his arms unwrap from your waist and him scoot away from you.

You open your eyes to see Yoongi staring at you. All the boys then came rushing in, "we're sorry, but we are so worried we had to come in when we heard your voice."  You give a small smile. "I'm sorry I was hugging without asking. I was just hoping my omega would connect with your omega to make you feel better."  You nodded your head. "It's okay, but.... what's an omega?" Everyone, get serious and kinda shocked. Namjoon gets a little upset. [She doesn't even know her own biology!] 

"Oh, okay, um, within hybrid society, there's kinda a biological hierarchy. They are like categories." He motions towards himself and Yoongi."Alphas  like me and Yoongi we are the leader. We protect everyone, and when someone needs to feel safe, they'll come to us." He motions to Tae and Jungkook. "Betas are the peacekeepers their the bridge between Alphas and Omegas. They make sure everyone is heard and helps with deciding things." Motioning to you and jimin "Omegas are the home. They are the anchor they hold everyone together, usually the prey hybrid."

When Namjoon finishes, you look at everyone waiting for you to process everything. You feel bad because you made them explain it to you. "Thank you... I'm sorry that you had to explain that I probably look dumb." J-hope sat next to you "Sweetie you don't look dumb. You just weren't taught right, and that's okay. We'll help you learn if you ever  have any questions. Please ask us." You feel his stare, so you look up at him. He sees the tears in your eyes "Sweetie why are you crying!!" Kinda shocked. "I feel really, really dumb." You were sobbing now. You feel yourself get dizzy, then a hand grab your wrist and everything go black.
