Present time

Keeper opened the car door for Page after they've arrived in front of April's house.

"You okay?" Keeper asked while he held Page's trembling hands. This was after the whole ordeal at the facility where she had another seizure attack in front of Vicky and where they had to sedate her mother, June.

Page inhaled. "I'm tired, Keeps."

This made him worry even more. "The fact na you're admitting to being tired tells me you're not feeling well talaga."

She weakly turned her body around to grab her purse.

"Ako na," he took her belongings and carried them to the house while he held her hand with the other.

They were about to ring the doorbell, but the camera already alerted April of their presence so she opened the gate for them.

Keeper and April locked gazes which made April frown. "What happened?" She asked them.

After they helped Page get settled in bed, April sat by her side. "Page, you know we're going to have to talk when you're well rested na, right? Nag-woworry nako sayo eh. You told me you won't let yourself get stressed out sa pag-bisita mo sa mama mo. Your mom's going to kill us if something happens to you."

Page stared at her, too weak to even respond.

April sighed. "Get some rest." As soon as she said this, Page closed her eyes and immediately drifted off to sleep.

"Ate, I don't think this is working out. Mamamatay yung pamangkin ko sa set-up na toh eh," April frowned over the phone while speaking to Vicky who sighed in response.

"I'm beginning to re-think this whole thing too," Vicky admitted.

"How about we try letting Page in there with her. I mean the setting is perfect. It's just the two of them most of the time. Walang added stressors. Hindi ma-o-overstimulate si ate, and mas magiging panatag ang loob ng pamangkin ko. Maybe that would lessen their worries, so baka makatulong," April suggested. She was desperate now.

"I can't let visitors stay 24/7, April, you know that," Vicky reminded her.

"Ate, consider Page as one of your patients na rin. Kung tutuusin yung mental state nya naman ang dahilan why her physical state is suffering eh. I'll pay extra," April recommended.

"April, I never asked for anything in return. Ginagawa ko lahat ng toh because June is already part of my family which means Page is, too. You all are. I don't need you to pay. I just need time to think about it. That's all," Vicky replied.

April sighed. "Salamat, ate. Hindi ko na alam kung anong gagawin ko sa pamangkin ko na toh eh. All I know is lalong mabubuang si ate June pag may mangyaring masama pa dito."

Vicky nodded even though April couldn't see her. "I'll get back to you as soon as I thought things through."

April swallowed. "Salamat, ate. I hope you don't feel na we're taking advantage of you."

Vicky shook her head. "I understand, April. Alam ko naman how much you guys need my help, so 'wag kang mag-alala. I want you guys to take advantage of me if that helps June and Page."

April felt the lump in her throat. "Salamat talaga, ate."

Vicky walked by the window in her room and stared outside. "How's Page doing?"

April looked to where her niece was sleeping and sighed. "Ayan, ate, knocked out as usual. Ganyan naman sya pag nagkakaron ng episode. All she wants to do after is sleep. Kaya nga nangangayayat na yan kasi tulog na lang ng tulog. Hindi na nakakakain kasi nasi-skip na nya yung mga meals dahil she's too exhausted to even wake up."
