The Titanium Ninja

Season finale...shut up! I'm not crying, you're crying!

The ninja swatted at the metal-eating bugs, but they wouldn't stop. "These bugs just keep coming." Kai said. "We are going nowhere."

Jay decided that this was the end. "Nya, there's no way we're getting of this planet(?) Any last words, my darling?"

Cole looked to Charlie. He wanted to say so much to her, but they had so little time. He grabbed her hand, ignoring the thousands of bugs that swarmed around him. Charlie looked at him, and Cole knew she could sense his emotions. She intertwined their fingers and smiled sadly.

Cole prayed that she understood what he wanted her to. I appreciate you more than you'll ever know.

Lloyd groaned in desperation. "My dad was right, I never should've given up my Golden Power. We could all have been home. Now the Overlord has all he needs to become the Golden Master."

"Don't say that." Garmadon told his son. "I was wrong. You must trust your friends. Trust yourself."

P.I.X.A.L. clicked on, and she sounded stressed. "They've returned with the Golden Weapons. It's only a matter of time."

"Search for the power within, then realize the greatness within each other." Wu told them.

Lloyd nodded, an air of confidence surrounding him. "He's right. We can get of this planet."

"What about your green power, Lloyd?" Kai asked. It was a good thought since he was still the most powerful ninja. But Zane shook his head.

"It's too far. He's never be able to keep his focus that long."

Cole let out a sigh. "No one happens to have a build-your-own-rocket-kit handy, do they?"

Something clicked in Charlie's head. "Whoa. That's it!"

"You have a build-your-own-rocket-kit?" Jay asked hopefully.

Lloyd looked at Charlie, their sibling brains syncing. "No, but we can make one. Arcturus may not fly, but she'll give us all the metal we need. And Zane knows this solar system better than anyone."

"And Kai's Fire could weld the missing parts." The Ice Ninja added.

Kai grinned. "Cole's manpower could do all the heavy lifting."

The Black Ninja nodded, a solid plan forming from them. "Jay has enough electricity and nerd knowledge to make a halfway believable spacecraft."

Jay bounced on his heels. "And Charlie can use her power and make sure we don't freak out."

The Purple Ninja looked at him. "Uh, sure." She turned back to the others. "But this could actually work."

The plan being formed, the ninja set to work building their makeshift rocket.

It took a while, but the ninja had made a rocket and were now preparing to launch.

"Boosters?" Lloyd asked.

Kai nodded. "Check."

"Electronics?"

Jay gave a thumbs up. "Check."

"Navigation?"

Zane smiled. "Check."

"How's everyone doing, sis?"

Charlie felt the emotions in the small area. "So far, so good."

"Good. How are we holding together."
