General POV:
The pogues sat around the fire that Cleo and pope had taken almost
An hour to get lit, there dinner (a fish jj had caught) was cooking above the fire.
jj reached out his hand to break of a piece of the fish before Cleo slapped his hand away.
"It's not done" Cleo snapped.
"How sick do you think you think you would get from eating raw fish" jj questioned.
"Well considering you caught it with that dirty, makeshift spear that's five seconds away from falling apart I would say very, you would get very sick" kiara giggled
The pogues laughed in response.

The pogues began talking about what they were planning to do when they got back to kildare.
"What are you gonna do about your parents kie?" Sarah asked.
"I don't wanna talk about it" kiara said, her eyes finding there way to the sand that she was playing with.
"Okay" Sarah responded, Sarah was worried about her, all of them were.

They ate there fish once it had been cooked enough to remove the bacteria from jj's spear.
All the pogues had gone to bed, apart from jj and kie.

"Hey kie" jj said
"Yeah?" Kie replied
"What are you planning to say to your parents when we get back?" jj asked.
"I don't wanna talk about it" kiara says, an instant change of tone in her voice
"Come on kie-"
"I said I don't wanna talk about it! Okay!?" Kiara snapped, looking down at the sand in instant regret.
"Alright sorry" jj replied
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to shout at you"
"It's okay"

It was silent for the next 2 minutes.

"How crazy do you think it would be if I jumped off the massive rock in the dark" jj said, breaking the silence
"Yeah it would be crazy, crazy dangerous" kie replied.
"Oh come on, don't be so boring" jj teased.
"I'm not being boring, I'd just rather not have to sleep on this island while you're dead body floats in the water" kiara replied.
"Oh well" jj said, beginning to make his way to the top of the rock"
"I'm serious jj dont"
jj had arrived at the top.
"jj get dow-" before she could finish her sentence he had jumped.
"WOOO" he yelled, water splashing almost far enough to hit kie when he hit the water.
The splash reminded her when he had fallen off of the coastal venture,
When she thought he was dead.
Kie waited anxiously for jj to return to the surface of the water.
"This has to be an abnormal amount of time" kiara thought, biting her finger nails, the same way she has been since the coastal venture, her fingers were destroyed but it helped with her anxiety.
Just when kiara was about to scream his name at the top of her lungs, he came back up
He was laughing, how could he be laughing after what he just put kie through?
jj walked back to the beach, to kie
"That was crazy, oh my gosh you have to try it" jj said, his sentence trailing off when he saw Kiara's face.
Kie rolled her eyes and walked away.
"Kie, wait! What's wrong!?" jj shouted in kiaras direction.
She just kept walking away, after jj yelled her name a few more times, she finally turned around, "I'm sick of your shit jj"
"What shit?" jj asked, confused
"This shit, you always doing stupid shit like this"
"But I'm fin-
"I mean can you just not be an idiot for once in your life!?"
JJ immediately got defensive, "who are you to talk"
"What?"
"If anyone's stupid it's you, you refuse to believe that i can take care of myself and instead of you getting up and taking care of yourself you just sit around feeling sorry for yourself because you had to save me on the coastal venture, and you refuse to talk about your parents and then you claim that your okay. So if anyone here is an idiot, it's you kiara"
Kiara laughed in shock, she had opened up to him the other night about how she felt about what happened on the coastal venture and he used it against her.
"Fuck you, jj" kiara said, before walking to her makeshift bed.
jj watched her walk away, before he returned to his bed.

The next day had come around and jj and kiara still weren't speaking.

"Everybody come here we need to decide our jobs for the day!" John B called.
The pogues all gathered around John B.
"Okay, pope and cleo, collecting berries"
"Ok" cleo and pope replied in unison.
"Me and Sarah will make more shelter and work on getting a fire started because it will probably take us until tonight to get it lit"
"Yeah" Sarah laughed.
"And that leaves catching dinner to jay and kie"
"Yeah, hard pass" kiara said, not even giving jj the chance to object.
"Wha-" John B began until he was cut off by jj laying a hand on his shoulder and saying;
"You probably don't wanna ask her that, she doesn't seem to like to speak much unless she's expressing disapproval, even if it's none of her business."
Kiara rolled her eyes in response
"Alright then, which one of you wants to catch dinner?" John B asked.
" He can, I'd rather not kill fish for my own hunger" kiara replied.
"Great!, everyone get to work!" John B replied enthusiastically.
John B walked over to jj and handed him a roll of gauze.
"Here 'cause you've already accidentally cut yourself with that spear like ten times"
