A new day at school...

Dear Diary,
Right then today is my first day at my new school I can't wait to make new friends and meet new people.

Today I also asked my mum "for what reason do wear this ribbon upon my Neck?"
My mums reply was " you don't needn't know yet but I will tell you when you hit your next birthday. just don't take the ribbon off of your neck."

--------------------------------------------- Dear Diary,
Today was really cool I sit in front of who looks to be a very curious lad. I'm afraid of what he maybe thinking because the first thing he said to me was "hi, uurrmmm... can I ask you what the ribbon is for and could you take it off so that I can see it?"

My reply was as my mother told me "I wish to not tell you nor any others at this very school and I swear to the lords who protect me I shall never take off this ribbon and I shall never tell someone till I'm old why this very ribbon is upon my neck."

His reply was "so do you even know why the ribbon is upon neck?" Obviously trying to fool me into telling him.

So I told him "yes I do and I am here to work and so if this little green ribbon upon my neck is a distraction then please go away from me."

So that ended it but I will come up again in a little while.
