Part 13

Harry started walking from the coffee shop to Niall's, he didn't know how he was going to convince Niall into telling the court there's proof of Harry wanting to be in the relationship with Louis. Harry arrived at Niall's and knocked on the door, Niall opened the door.
"Hey Harry, any news?" he asked, motioning Harry to come in
"Uh yeah about that" Said Harry as he rubbed the back of his head
"Well, what do we do?" Niall asked
"Well, I need you to confirm with the court that you were an eye witness for me agreeing to go on the date with Louis" he said sitting on Niall's bed.
"But I wasn't?" Niall said
"Kinda you were, remember when you came over the day before my date? I talked to you about it and you threatened to go to the cops" Harry said
"Yeah but don't I have to show proof? they might think I'm lying just to help a friend out" said Niall, walking over to sit next to Harry
"Damnit I didn't think about that" said Harry letting out a huge sigh
"I mean, we can try it, I am a witness, you did say you wanted to go on the date and that you like him" said Niall.
"Well his hearing is tomorrow, I really really hope this works" Harry said
"Wait!" Niall said "What if we find out who took that video of you and Louis at his car! they can confirm that you wanted to go and they have video evidence!"
"Okay but if it's Chad he would never do that, he started hating me ever since he found out I was gay" Harry said "And we're on break, we can't talk to him at school"
"But we can go to his house, he lives 4 houses down from yours" Niall said "Let's go talk to him, it's our only chance"
They started walking to Chads house, Harry was very nervous, Niall's idea was great, but Harry's worried it will get Louis and himself in more trouble. They arrived at Chads and rang the bell.
"Harry? Niall? what are you dorks doing here?" Chad said swinging open the door
"Chad we need to talk to you, we know you shot that video of Harry and Louis kissing at his car" Niall said
"Louis? who's Louis?" Chad said confused
"Mr. Tomlinson?" Niall said
"Oh! yeah alright come in" Chad said moving out of the way so they both could get by
"Chad, I need you to testify in court that you saw me confirming that I wanted to go on the date with Louis, and show the video" Harry said
"Why should I do that?" Chad asked flopping down on his enormous couch
"Cause' Louis can be in jail for a really long time if you don't help us" Niall chimed in
"Okay but for one, I don't care, for two, I don't like Harry so again, why should I help?" Chad said
"Chad, I don't care if you don't like me, but this isn't fair to Louis, he dosent deserve to rot in that cell all because you have too big of an ego and only care about yourself!" Harry exclaimed getting in Chads face. "I know it was you who told the police about me and Louis, who else would've told! so it's your fault he's in there and you're going to get him out"
Chad just sat there, he didn't show any remorse or guilt, every time Harry would get upset with him, Chad would just laugh in his face.
"Chad please, I am begging you I will do anything" Harry said practically getting on his knees begging
"Anything?" Chad taunted
"Yes! anything!" Harry said
"Leave the school" Chad said
"Huh?"
"Leave the school, better yet leave Faradell"
"Chad, I can't do that, my mum's job is here, this is the best job she's ever had, why are you wanting me to leave?" Harry said
"Harry is not leaving Chad, you can't make him" Niall said
"It's either that or I don't help you" Chad said getting up and walking to the door "Think about it, his hearing is tomorrow right?"
"Yeah" Harry said
"Then I'd think fast if I was you" Chad said opening the door " You both can leave now"
Harry and Niall walked out the door, Niall went home and Harry went home. When Harry got there he skipped dinner and went straight up to his room, he didn't know what to do. He needed Chads help, but the aftermath from it would cost his mom everything .
