After the challenge, I was sitting with Callum on the daybeds when Mitch walked up to us, "Amani, is it alright if I pull you for a chat?"
I didn't really want to but wasn't sure how to shut it down, so instead I sighed before reluctantly replying, "sure." As I was about to get up, Callum put a hand on my shoulder and insisted
"You stay here, I'll go" he said with a smile
"Are you sure?" I asked. Instead of replying, he smiled with a nod before walking off. Mitch took Callums place, which I wasn't happy about, and looked towards me.
"How are you?"
"Yeah,I'm good, you?" I asked politely.
We began talking for a while, every time I tried to leave, he would ask me something no matter what my excuse was. At this point I was so fed up that I felt like I was gonna snap soon.
"What colour are your eyes again?" he asked, as he took my glasses off without asking. "They're like a hazel/ brown, we're gonna have good looking children." Instead of replying to him, I just gave him a tired look, he gave me a weird look, asking "what?"
"I just don't know how many times I have to tell you no before you get the hint. You've tried getting with me before and I've shut you down every time, nothing has changed since I last said no" I spoke calmly, not wanting to cause a scene out of nothing
He gave me an arsy look; one that he did every time I have shut him down, "you honestly sound so stuck up, you are so full of yourself when you're not even all that"
"Then stop trying to get with me if I'm not all that" I shrugged my shoulders, not bothered by his petty comment.
Instead of replying, he scoffed before getting up and stomping away. "Thank god" I muttered, throwing my head back. I never thought a conversation could be so draining.
I got up and joined Cal, Anton and jake on the sofas by the kitchen as Cal smiled at me, "I've been hearing a few complaints about you, you 'stuck up bitch'." he said, jokingly.
I laughed, "let me guess, Mitch?"
"Yeah, what happened?"
"Ugh, it wasn't even bad, he's just tried multiple times to get with me on the outside, and each time I tell him no, but he never stops. And then, he just tried again but I just couldn't listen to another second of him saying 'how perfect our kids are gonna look' and whatever, so I just told him that, like all the other times, I don't want to get to know him and I don't know how many times I need to say that before he gets the message." The boys listened intently before Anton started laughing.
"I saw him storm off it was hilarious" we all laughed along
"Well done for holding your ground though, you didn't do anything wrong" he said with a proud look, I smiled and hugged him at his sweet words.
It was now time to get ready for the night, so the girls all made their way up to the dressing room, I put on a Black two piece and decided to straighten my hair for a change. We all made our way downstairs and grabbed our glasses, as Mitch toasted, "Here's to fresh starts, fresh vibes and potentially husbands and wives" we all cheered as we clinked our glasses together before dispersing round the villa.
I was sat with Steel on the daybeds as she asked, "How are things with Cal?"
"they're actually really good considering the situation, he's really respectful about things, he's always making sure I'm alright and stuff, it's cute"
"Do you know how things are with him and Mols?"
"He's told me that it's not fully shut off from his side, understandable, but he thinks it is from her side, he's the one pulling her for chats and stuff, he told me today if it's still like this tomorrow, he's gonna close it off completely"
"That sounds good"
"Yeah, like I thought I would be more bothered about this situation but I'm not, he's gone about it in a respectful way to both me and mols that it hasn't stressed me out or anything"
"I think he wants you more as well, he's with you the majority of the day, if he's not with you, he's staring at you" she said laughing.
"I really hope so!"
"Have you two kissed?"
"No, I said he's not getting more than a cuddle until he decides, it's not respectful to Mols and I'm not the type of girl to do that just to get the 'upper hand' you know?"
