The Realms { War has come } Part 1

The sky?

   

I looked up from my loopy handwriting on the page, and stared to distant trees. This was usually the most common sight in the kids realm. Going back to my art work, I felt a sudden wave of chill. Feeling a flash from the "Help" was brutally painful, but claimed my job considering I was one of the vision seekers. I felt a sharp pain, like a whip tearing skin off my spine. I was transferred somewhere I knew very well of. I assumed this was where we were to hunt, considering that small amount of animals we were finding in our old hot spot by Lake Zembada. This small, but sure, area had kept us full for 3 months, but of course all good things must come to an end. This new area was filled with trees, and 2 springs. The water looked fresh. As I went into further  viewing, the corners of the area were turning black, until my periphery vision had completely failed. I knew the vision was ending. As I grasped back reality I realized I should tell our leader, Gembe. He had definitely aged. It was rumored he had days before he would vanish to the teen's realm. Once you reach the age of 13, you are crowned a teenager, and you get vanished to the teen realm. Our reproduction happens by someone leaving, someone coming. Obviously our 12 year olds had reigned. Our attacks, recourses, and furthermore. 

"The way you're staring like that your chores will NEVER get done!" 9 year old Alana complained.

"And who are you my mother?" I asked throwing a comeback at her.

"You act like a 6 year old boy" she responded.

" Oh, sweetie, you should really get your eyes checked." I responded.

"You're just a mean bitch!" she said trying to say anything she could to defend herself.

"You're just a 9 year old kid trying to get attention." I said, and with that I turned around and went for Master Gembe's house.

" YOU WILL NEVER BE NICE, TRINITEE!" she yelled as I walked away. As I waited  for him at his office for 40 minutes I played with my fingers. He was always busy with people's complaints. Centuries ago kids were thought to be as idiots and fools. We know rule all dimensions. Teens and Grown-Ups. During the war, we used our greatest perk, being small to our advantage. We snuck into the grown-up realm and stole a helmet that a 48 year old genius had created to make everyone have the knowledge and strength he did. Before he could use it on the grown-ups, we took it, and we were smarter and stronger then everyone else, giving us 3 valuable perks. We then won the war by creating atomic missles. Anyone who enters the children's realm receives the wisdom and strength, and when they leave their memories are taken away.  The elders hated us the most because of this, and only wanted peace and tranquility. Thus, making them the rule makers and peace carriers. They took no sides and made sure everything went right. The rule-breakers and super-naturals were sent to the loners world, and usually died there trying to survive. 

"Trinitee, master Gembe is ready for a meeting with you"  His servant Jake called. I walked into his office, and he was sitting there impatiently, as if he had a busy schedule.

" Did you get another message from the help?" Gembe asks.

" Indeed, a new hunting spot." I reply, happy I can serve the kids realm well, and make sure we thrive.

" Okay, meet me at sunrise tomorrow morning." He says " NEXT!" he yells, and I then leave.

We walk as the sun starts to rise. I stare through the trees and notice that it looks like a painting. One that an elder drew. I decided to focus my attention on something else as I shuffle my feet towards the new area. Gembe is breathing heavily by my side obviously thinking about something important.

" So..." he mumbles. I hope this is not the moment. The gossips were true. The day before you become a teenager, you ask someone to come with you. You stay in the kids realm until someone goes with you. It's part of a reproduction system. Anyone who fails is banished to the loners realm.

" So what do you say?" he asks. I had not been paying attention to his question.

" Listen, your a great guy, but no." I reply.

" What are you talking about? I was wondering if you liked the place because you stopped." He said.

"Oh." I said blushing. My cheeks heat up at the smallest embarrassing thing or compliment.

"Well, this is the place I said, and yes, I love it." I said hoping this moment would be over.

" Bye, see you at camp I have to have a meeting with some kids." He said and went another direction. I sat on a rock and thought how miserable I was. I'm never going to have someone ask me that question. I should have known.

" Hey Trinitee, I saw  that fail over there." My best friend Maggie said trying to comfort me. I roll my eyes.

" What a comforting way to assure me, boo." I reply angrily.

" Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed." she said quietly," Anyways, I was thinking, I know the exact person for you, but you have to agree to let me work with you on this." She said bringing her voice back up.

" I'm pretty sure I should say no, but me being me sure." I say groggily.

" GREAT!!" she squealed. " We start tomorrow.!"

" Save me someone, save me." I say as Evan walks bye.

" Hey guys what's up? The sky I know don't try and pull that one on me." Maggie and I roll our eyes in unison. Evan was more of an irresponsible kid. His helmet went a bit haywire, not making him stupid, but not making him want to act smart.

" Double eye roll, nice!" He says and pumps his fist in the air as if he had accomplished something great.

" Anyways, what time is it?" Maggie asked.

" We should probably come to lunch now." I stated.

" Yep," Evan said," that's what I came here for."

As I went to bed for the night I cleaned my teeth out with the ruter, our new latest invention. I was worried, therefore realizing I had been cleaning my teeth for 15 minutes. The next day I would turn 11. Once that was accomplished I would reach higher ranks before becoming 12 and ruling the dimension, along with Alana, Evan, and Zoey. I put my nightgown and layed in bed. The thought is constantly creeping into my mind.  That's when I decided to go into our room. We called it strange, because it was strangly hidden by a rock. There was a small hole and you would have to go through it. I reached strange to find rustling noises. What the hell was that?
