ZOYA
"why do we have this rod here?" Olivia asks coming from the bathroom while I was standing over piles of our clothes.
"umm maybe to......- never mind I thought I had the answer but I don't well yea I don't know." I answered with sorry smile.
she looked around the room with wide eye and looked at me like my mom did when I used steal cookies from the cabinet. the memory of my mom saddened for minute but I quickly shook it off.
"so tell me z, didn't we both decide that you'd do the room while I do bathroom?" she said her words so slowly like she wanted every word to go straight into my head which it did.
"see, I did sort out the sock compartment and the study table" I said with hopeful tone.
She went over to check the lower side of the cupboard aka the socks compartment and said," Zoya, pray tell how are we gonna find every pairs of socks if you will keep them in a ball?"
"its actually not a ball its my way of organizing so....its looks good right? I asked with a sly smile.
liv just stares at me for 2 minute straight and then looks around the room. As much as I know that it is my fault that our room looks like its been struck by a lightening then tornado swept over but cleaning hasn't been my best suit since childhood.
"looks like I'm going to have a long day today, and you do one thing go downstairs and bring some clean wipes from counter lady and on the way grab some snacks and also don't forget to ask about the rod in the bathroom."
okay that's something I can definitely do. I give her double thumbs up and run downstairs.

The cleaning and organizing was almost finished when I came up. I looked around in awe, she is definatly not human, maybe she has some kind of super powers to move around fast or has some witchy skills to tidy it up with her stick OR MAYBE I am just reading too much into its not like if I don't like cleaning she doesn't too, but seriously she has a talent.
"liv I got what you asked for and sorry I got late there were so many on the way that I lost track of time, and people downstairs don't know why there is a rod in the bathroom, they said if we want we can complain about it and they also sent apologies for their inconvenience, also I didn't know if you like sour snacks, sweet snacks or spicy snacks so I bough it altogether." I rambled everything I wanted while removing the snacks from the bag they gave me to carry it upstairs to the third floor. Something felt of about the room as the time passed by no reply by Olivia, no noise in the bathroom. Where is she?
I checked the kitchen, living room and lastly i found her in my room in a cocooned position sleeping on the bean bag chair I bought from home. She must be tired, the guilt of giving all the work to her creeps into me. Bringing a blanket from my room I laid it over her.
I guess its not too late to learn how to organize and clean on my own, I start by picking up some polythene and stuffed it into cardboard box lying here and there.

Our cleaning and organizing got finished this afternoon and our room looks like heaven, Olivia woke up by the sounds of bottes and moving, and soon enough with her major help by liv we organized our room.
We also talked a lot and I found out that we have so many things in common and also things that we have opposite tastes in, for example she likes sour snacks while I like sugary ones(thank god I brought enough snacks this morning). Suddenly a girl dressed in pajamas tapped on my shoulder, she is little bit taller than me but shorter than liv who is standing in front of me in the queue for dinner.
"hey, new here?" she asks with a genuine smile.
"yea, you?" i ask awkwardly.
"nah been here for a year, this school has one foundation year for weak students so I got enrolled one year earlier so have many people here" she says pointing to some people who are sitting in tables.
I make a 'O' face and nod to show that i understood. Olivia looked backs at us and smiled at the girl talking to me. they both greet each other and we take another step to the food line.
" hmmm I like you guys so as you two are new here you may not know about the party we have every year on the first day." she exclaims in hush tone which means maybe this party is on 'only invites bases'.
"Also, i didnt think i said that the part is on invite basis so, wanna come?"
Olivia and I steal glances and contemplate about it, for second I felt as though she is some elder sister of mine who got lost in some mountains, which obviously cannot be true because my parent have always said that they don't want anymore kids then they have which is me, and they made it pretty clear too.
Olivia taps on my hands in agreement for the party and I smile at her.
"sure, why not? we need to get some loose before the classes tomorrow." I beamed.
"Oh we don't have classes tomorrow because of moving, didn't you download the app for school? the news always comes in the home page. and also I didn't catch your name?"
"its Olivia and Zoya" I said. Olivia took another step and so did we.
"we didn't catch your name too" Olivia responded.
I nod too in agreement.
"yea its Sarah Wilde, also not se-rah its SA-rahh, people always butcher up my simple name here and dont confuse me with the witch over there." she says in a mocking sad face.
I looked over to see a girl with tightest hairstyle possible and upper compartment too big to walk.
"will keep that in mind" liv and I say at the same time.
Soon enough my chance gets to get the food and choose some chicken and with some salad. After me Sarah also completes taking her food and invites us to her table.

Just as we were leaving, Sarah called out our name. we looked at her to find that she was running towards us.
"Gosh sorry, I almost forgot. The theme of this year's party is 'sleepyowlparty' so get your sexy pajamas on, okay?" she says with sly smile.
olivia and i nod at her and say our byebyes for now.
Gosh I'm so excited, i actually love parties and i have feeling i will have a lot of fun tonight.
