Third Person POV

Penny and Peter yawned as they both made their way to the kitchen for breakfast. Friday had notified them that Steve was making breakfast for everyone, as usual. They stayed up late chatting, and laughing. The time difference for Penny was going to be an adjustment.

They sat down next to each other at the table. "How many eggs do you want?" Steve asked the two.

"3 please, Mr. Rogers," Peter said.

Steve nodded. "I've told you, just call me Steve. That goes for you too Penny."

Penny nodded, saying a quiet "okay."

"How many do you want?"

"Two please."

"Coming right up."

After breakfast, Peter left for school, while Penny went up to their shared room. The last of her stuff was delivered that morning before her and Peter got up, so she was going to finish setting up her stuff. She didn't actually have much stuff, but she didn't really need much. Most of 'her stuff' was actually scraps and materials for future projects.

There was a knock on the door. Penny looked up as Tony popped his head in. "Hey," he said.

"Uh, hey," Penny said, setting aside the book she started after finishing with her stuff.

"Um, I was thinking since you'll be staying here for a while, maybe you'd want to buy some stuff for the room," Tony said. "I'm free the rest of the day if you'd like to go to the store. We can get you anything you want."

"Oh, uh. That'd be nice," Penny nodded.

"Greet," Tony said. "I'm ready when you are. I'll just be in the common room."

Penny nodded. "I'll be down soon. Just need to change."

It wasn't long before the two arrived at the store.

"You can get anything you want," Tony said. "If you see something you like, put it in the cart and we'll get it."

"Are you sure, Mr. Stark?" Penny asked. "You don't have to do all of this. I'm happy with what I have. I don't need more stuff."

"I know. But I want you to be comfortable, and make the room yours. Peter's made himself at home and I want you to do the same."

Penny nodded. "Thank you, Mr. Stark. I really appreciate everything you've done for Peter and myself. You've been very welcoming. Everyone has. Peter's always spoke so well of you and everyone else. He looks up to you. Thank you. For everything."

"Of course, Kid," Tony patted Penny on the back as they continued looking around.

Time Skip

They spent like two hours walking around the store, looking at basically everything. After paying they put everything into the car. She picked out a couple posters, a fuzzy purple rug, a bean bag chair, as well as some clothing items and random things.

"You hungry?" Tony asked.

Penny nodded. "Yeah."

"Great. So am I," Tony said. "How about cheese burgers? I happen to love them."

"Sounds good," Penny smiled. "I like burgers."

"Perfect," Tony pulled out of the parking lot, driving to the closest burger restaurant.
