"I'm getting off the train, I'll be there soon." Mikyle's voice flowed out of the small compact mirror that Seo-jun was holding. It was finally the second day of Renmada, it was also the day that Mikyle was joining them at the Ratcliff's manor.

"I'll see you soon," Seo-jun told him before closing the mirror to hang up. That had been the second time that Mikyle had called him that day.

Seo-jun was actually looking forward to his arrival. He wanted to tell him everything that he had learned. If his gut feeling was right, and something really did happen to this body's birth parents, then he wanted someone on his side; and his prince of a boyfriend was a good person to have backing him. It was also a bit strange to go so long without having that man glued to his side.

He put the communication mirror away and grabbed the book that he had borrowed from the Ratcliff's personal library. He had already finished the one from Mikyle and had greatly enjoyed it.

A maid came and got him after a while and informed him that his guest had arrived. Seo-jun put the book down and got up and went to the mirror. After making sure he looked alright and that his hair wasn't messed up, he went down stairs.

Tessia, Nadeline, the other two maids, and.the butler were all outside waiting to receive Mikyle. His grandfather was the only one missing since he was away on business, the poor guy had to leave late last night and still hadn't returned. It seemed that being a successful merchant kept one busy.

A carriage soon rode up the long driveway before coming to a stop in front of them. The driver hurriedly jumped down and opened the carriage door for its occupant. The afternoon sun turned Mikyle's blond hair golden as he stepped out of the carriage. He was clad in gray dress pants, the waistcoat was red with a diamond pattern, and his suit jacket was the same shade of gray as his pants.

"Lady Ratcliff, thank you for having me," he greeted Tessia with a pleasant smile.

"I should be the one thanking you for gracing us with your presence," came Tessia's formal reply. "I hope our humble home is to your liking."

"No need to be so formal. You are my beloved's family, after all."

Seo-jun felt his face flush with Mikyle's words. He hadn't expected for Mikyle to not change the way he acted or his manner of speech on the very first day. But it pleased him greatly that Mikyle wasn't trying to put on 'airs' for this visit.

"Oh," Tessia breathed out. Her gaze then changed subtly as she examined Mikyle discreetly. The servants behind her shot secretive glanced towards Seo-jun. "Well," she cleared her throat, "lunch will be served shortly. Nadeline will show you to your room."

"No need for that," Seo-jun spoke as he walked over to stand beside Mikyle. "I can show him."

Everyone then headed inside the manor. Seo-jun and Mikyle separated from the others and headed up the stairs to the East Wing.

Mikyle tossed his bag on the floor and hugged Seo-jun from behind as soon as they entered the room that Mikyle would be using. "I've missed you," Mikyle whispered as he buried his face in Seo-jun's hair, breathing in deeply.

Seo-jun chuckled quietly as he patted the top of Mikyle's head awkwardly. "It's only been a day."

"A day felt like a lifetime to me."

This boy was getting bolder and cheesier with each passing day!

Mikyle finally released him from his hold. "Were you able to get answers from your mother?"

Seo-jun nodded. "Yeah. I'll tell you after lunch." He then raised up on his tiptoes and placed a chaste kiss on Mikyle's cheek. "I missed you too." He then darted past Mikyle and headed out the door. "Lunch is probably ready now, you better hurry." A groan sounded from behind him before he heard footsteps, telling him that Mikyle was following him.
