Don't Go

It was the next week, Nick and Matt had their things in Nicks car, they were at their parents house saying goodbye to everyone, Jessica was up in her room and didn't want to come down

DJ-(comes downstairs) "Goodluck I tried, she's not having it".

Brandon-"All of us have tried oh boy".

Nick-"Matt come on". (takes Matts hand)

They head upstairs they open Jessicas door, she's on her bed with Cece with tears in her eyes

Matt-"Oh hunny". (goes over to her)

Jessica-"Don't go". (cries and hugs Matt)

Nick-(sits down and rubs her back) "We'll be back before you know it baby".

Matt-"You have to promise us you'll behave for mommy and daddy". (tears up)

Jessica-"I promise". (sniffles)

Nicks grabs both Matt and Jessica and hugs them, they are all crying at this point, Malachi and DJ come in as well and join in on the hug, once they are done they let Jessica, Nick, and Matt talk some more

Nick-"We will make sure to call when we land, and also your birthday okay?"

Jessica-"When you land it will be my birthday". (giggles)

Matt-"She's right". (laughs)

Nick-"Can I get a big hug now?"

Jessica leaps into Nicks arms, out of all the siblings she was most close to Nick since he still lived at home, when Matt moved out Nick made sure that he would make Jessica happy each and everyday along with Malachi

Nick hugs her tight and the tears starts again, he gets up from the bed with her then him and Matt go downstairs, he hands Jessica to Dustin

Matt-"We have to get going". (hugs Dana)

Dana-"I'll keep an eye on her don't you worry".

Ellen-"Same here". (kisses Nick)

Nick-"Love you".

Matthew-"Call when you land". (hugs the boys)

They hug everyone, Matt looks at Jessica one last time and opens his arms, Dustin hands her to him, and he hugs her tight

Matt-"Love you". (kisses her head)

Jessica-"Love you too bubba". (sniffles)

He gives her to Nick and he does the same thing

Nick-"Love you".

Jessica-"Love you too bubs". (kisses his cheek)

Nick puts her down and she goes back over to Dustin who picks her up again, after that they wave, Nick gets in the drivers seat while Matt sits in the passengers seat then they head off to the airport

Matt-"I know buddy". (pats Nicks leg)

Nick-"I wish she could come with us, but school starts soon". (sniffles)

Matt-"Maybe we can convince mom and dad to let her come with us next time".

Nick-"I hope so". (wipes his eyes)

Matt-"Why are we more emotional than the other times?"

Nick-"Maybe because we're missing her actual birthday again, and she's turning seven?"

Matt-"Gosh I almost forgot about that, hey we'll make it up though when we get back, we always do".

Nick-"I just hope she doesn't have trouble in school again, I heard her friends talking to her about us at the party, that's what worries me Matt".
