"Mama he kissed meeee. He walked me all the way to the doorrrr. He speaks spanish, he called me baby, he drives a CHARGER!" Janelle had been following her mom around the kitchen for the last 45 minutes ranting on and on about her date with Notti
"And this is the boy that was always messin witchu? See, mother knows best" Janette smiled to herself. She knew Notti most likely had a crush on Janelle. Why else would he still be holding on to a minor incident from a whole year ago?
"But mama you don't understand. This is big. Like bigger than Red.." Janelle paused to get her mother's reaction. When she was with her ex, she told her mom a similar story. 𝐻𝑒'𝑠 𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑓𝑒𝑐𝑡, 𝐼'𝑚 𝑔𝑜𝑛𝑛𝑎 𝑚𝑎𝑟𝑟𝑦 ℎ𝑖𝑚 blah blah blah. But this time..it was different. Way different
"Reallyyy? And he drives a charger? How old is this boy?" Janette said raising her eyebrows and popping a strawberry in her mouth
"He's 16. He'll be 17 in January.." Nana told her before she took a strawberry as well
"Oh? Okay.." Janelle got a notification on her phone which was Notti reminding her that he was picking her up to take her to the studio with him
